This is another clean out the fridge pork fried rice. Season with tamari, oyster, and seasoning sauce. Add a little heat with chili garlic sauce and drizzle sesame oil after plating. Veggies were mini peppers, onions, garlic, asparagus, baby spinach, and scallions. Leftover porkchop from other night.

How do you top your cheeseburger?

Burger is ground chuck, mild cheddar, and a whole onion reduced on buttered toasted brioche bun. Got all the ingredients at Aldi and meat at the local butcher.

This pasta salad was perfect on a warm sunny day. Italian grinder salad.

I bought a trio pack of provolone, salami, and pepperoni on sale. This was one of the things I made tossed in cooked fusilli pasta, red onions, cherry tomatoes, shredded iceberg lettuce, and more grated parmesan. The dressing is fabulous with grated garlic, mayo, red wine, sour cream, parmesan.

Italian Grinder Salad

I bought a trio pack of provolone, salami, and pepperoni on sale. This was one of the things I made tossed in cooked fusilli pasta, red onions, cherry tomatoes, shredded iceberg lettuce, and more grated parmesan. The dressing is fabulous with grated garlic, mayo, red wine vinegar. I substituted sour cream for half the mayo. Of course I made subs with rest.

Egg wrapped in crispy mozzarella on avocado toast.

Saw this on IG and had all the ingredients so why not experiment.
