Bun, avocado, arugula, balsamic glaze, red onion, mayo, mustard, Gruyère, salt n pep. Wine to go with. Not a bad time.
Pastrami, Swiss, Gulden’s, on rye, with a cream soda.
Put together a delicious toasted croissandwich for lunch today.
Ingredients:
Smoked honey ham
Swiss cheese
Thinly slice bell pepper
Grape tomatoes sprinkled with a little maldon salt
Spread with Duke's mayo on one side and a honey mustard spread on the other side using a combo of honey, whole grain mustard seeds, and stone ground Dijon.
Toasted until the cheese was bubbly. Served with kettle cooked jalapeno chips.
Bosner with sautéed, fried and raw onion. Used 3 1/2 onions for 2 portions. Does it need more onion?
Haven't been to this South Philly establishment in over 10 years. Solid low 8, high B tier chicken cheesesteak. The Corropolese roll was truly the star. Must have been a super fresh delivery this morning! Hot peppers definitely elevated it, but such is life when getting the chicken.
Healthy dose of fresh cracked black pepper. No cucumbers, lettuce or tomatoes. Simple and tasty.

Toasted buttered bread
COLD lettuce, tom, pickled onions, pepperoncini, olive
oil vinegar with italian seasoning
ham, salami, pepperoni heated in pan
provolone and broil.
I forgot the mayo and Dijon but it still worked
I should have kept cheese cold and off the hot meat in the pan so it would properly blister in the oven and not slide/melt off
