⚠️ URGENT: PROTECT THE ACCESS. WATCH WHAT YOU POST🚧

Community, we need to be smart. It was explicitly brought up in recent court proceedings (Eli Lilly vs. Mochi Health) that these groups are being monitored. Eli Lilly and regulatory bodies like the FDA are currently monitoring 24/7 this group and others, looking for any excuse to shut down the compounding industry permanently.

To protect your access and our providers, please follow these rules immediately: No "Bulk Switch" Stories: Avoid posting about providers changing dosages "en masse" or without individual consultations. This is a primary legal attack point for Lilly.

Keep Sources Private: Do not name specific pharmacies or provide "how-to" guides for bypassing standard medical protocols. Focus on Health, Not "Hacks": Discussing results and side effects is fine. Discussing how to manipulate the system gives them ammunition to claim "corporate practice of medicine" violations.

Assume You Are Being Read: Every post here can be screenshotted and used as an "Exhibit A" in a courtroom to prove the industry is a "wild west."

Don't let a single post be the reason we all lose access until 2040 or beyond. Be smart and be cautious. Be discreet.

Eli lilly and their dogs at the FDA are watching you.

The difference a year can make

Been busting my butt with the clean diet and exercise and the help of a glp1. Never felt better and healthier than ever! I went to the dr and the scale as at 315 and he told me if I keep it up I will have full-blown diabetes. So I’ve been doing no carbs lots of protein veggies, fruit.Etc it’s not easy and some days I wanted to say screw this but I’ve been powering through and am very happy of where I got to so far.

I’ve been doing the peloton bike every day for 10 miles ( takes a half hr) and playing lots of pickleball

Reminder PSA - Hunger is not the enemy!

I have seen a disturbing trend of posts and lately, they seem to be getting worse. Things like:

  • "What am I doing wrong? I got hungry."
  • "I am chasing that feeling I had when I only ate 600 calories a day - that was glorious!"
  • "Why aren't the meds working? I am hungry every day!"

HUNGER IS NOT THE ENEMY. A healthy hunger for nutrient-dense food every 4 hours or so is normal and healthy. It's food noise that is the enemy. Food noise leans closer to obsession, where even if you just ate a meal that left you satiated, you are craving/obsessing about that extra comfort food snack and you can't stop thinking about it.

You are *supposed* to feel hunger. The meds lessen the food noise but you still need to eat a decent amount of calories per day. I know that's tougher in the first few days after the shot, but if you eat less then, then eat more later in the week. This glorifying 600 calories per day is insane. Stop veering into anorexia territory and eat within your calorie range.

Compounded Tirzepatide really works for me!

I have been on this journey for two months. I started at 2mg and moved up to 4.5mg weekly for month two. On February 10, I weighed 294.8 pounds. After 60 days, I weigh 261.9 for a drop of 32.9 pounds thus far.

For those on the fence or wondering what tirzepatide does, let me share my perspective, and then I'll get into my macros. If you've read about this before, you've probably seen the phrase "food noise" or something similar. I was the person who was always appetitive. It wasn't all junk food. I was overeating healthy food too. I just ate too much of everything because I never felt satiated, only hungry or in physical discomfort from overeating. Tirzepatide has given me the feeling of satiety. I eat what I should eat, and then I feel satisfied without discomfort.

For my macros, I'm hitting 150+ grams of protein daily, but I'm also emphasizing fiber, hitting about 35 grams per day now. I'm between 1700-1800 calories per day. Here's what I eat daily:

Twice daily, I add fiber to my water. I use the supermarket brand.

Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium cooked in a quick spray of avocado oil and a Greek yogurt. I now get Ratio pro fiber yogurt from Target/Walmart. The macros are nuts at 20g protein and 10g of fiber for 180 calories.

Late morning snack: 1 cup of berries, usually blueberries. I do measure it, as do I measure everything else.

Lunch: Chicken with vegetables, always meal prepped. It might be cut up in a salad. It might be cooked in broth with carrots and celery. It might be chicken teriyaki with broccoli. You get the idea.

Early afternoon snack: Barebell protein bar

Late afternoon snack: Air popped popcorn with salt and a spray of avocado oil. For some reason, there's much more fiber when you pop it yourself than the already popped popcorn at the store, plus it's tastier. I also have an Oikos protein shake. I used to do Fairlife, which is sweeter, but Oikos has 6g of fiber. I put 5g of creatine in my protein shake.

Dinner: Same as lunch

Dessert: Almost every day, I have a Yasso Greek froyo bar. Sometimes I also eat a single fun size piece of candy.

Now technically, you can lose weight just via diet, but I highly recommend exercise. Many people lose muscle while on a GLP-1. Muscle directly drives your metabolism, so part of why people put weight on at the end of their journey is that their metabolism is shot. I have done walking and resistance workouts, in my case rowing, which combined with my protein intake, has led to an increase in muscle mass, not a decrease. The best exercise advice I got was to do the exercise you're actually going to do. I for one do not want to drive to the gym every day. It restricts when I can exercise and is inefficient for my schedule, so instead, I put some cheap equipment in my home. For me, that was a walking pad and rowing machine. For you, that might be dumbbells and an exercise bike, or maybe you'll really like the gym.

What I'm doing has really been working, so I'm going to continue on this path. To be blunt, I never would have anticipated this rate of progress. My official goal is 205, but I have a ton of milestones along the way and will challenge myself to get leaner beyond my goal.

Just thoughts

Maybe I’m reading into it, but it feels like the expectation with GLP-1s has become “never be hungry, never think about food again.”

But… we’re human. Hunger is literally how we survive. Some food noise is normal. You’re not supposed to drop 5+ lbs a week or feel completely disconnected from hunger cues.

Just something I’ve been thinking about.

any real difference between these online providers or am i overthinking it.

i spent way too long comparing diff providers and honestly they all start sounding the same after a point, like some say better pharmacy, some say better support, some just cheaper. but from actual user side does it even feel different?

i started with one Framework i think? just because signup was easy and didnt need to overthink it but now im wondering if switching would even change anything or if its basically the same thing across the board as long as its legitfeels like im maybe over analyzing this lol but curious if anyone has tried multiple and noticed a real diff or not really

Tirzepatide tips?

Hi all. I’m about to start my journey on tirz. I feel like I’m late to the party and most of the info I see is a 1+ old.

Any users out there still that want to share what they’ve learned over the years? Any tips for success? Injection day tips are welcome as well!

Thanks for the support!

Fav glp-1 meal when nothing else sounds good but YOU NEED TO EAT.

2 servings Colby jack cheese cubes

1 serving Lightly salted almonds

1 serving Reduced sugar dried cranberries

Macros

Calories - 500~

Protein -18g

Fat - 24g (mostly monounsaturated from almonds)

Fiber - 13g

Carb - 41g

This is going to be my lunch today.

I just crave this naturally, I wasn’t originally thinking about the macros. I got the idea for this from those “Sargento balanced breaks” but I save so much money buying the ingredients separately. I get to pick my cheese and can make it a bigger amount to feel like a meal. This fills me up and these macros are very balanced for a healthy meal based on my research so I thought I’d share!

Obviously not the best for someone trying to be low carb but I’ve struggled with disordered eating my whole life so I try not to “diet.” I think my approach towards food now is more intuitive. I previously lost 100lbs and gained it + some after pregnancy. I’ve lost almost 50lbs on my glp-1 journey since November ‘25, trying a few different ones before settling with compounded tirz + b6 in January. My weight loss really picked up then. I titrated slowly due to side effects and just upped my dosage to 8.8mg last week and it’s working really well for me!

Hope this inspires someone to eat. ❤️❤️❤️

A Weird Weight Loss Week

(34m, 6'1.5", SW 270.0, CW 248.6) I started on compounded tirzepatide on February 8th. I'm using BPI w/ B6. I came down with the flu 2 days later. by the end of the week, I had lost 7lbs (270.0 down to 263.0). I attribute the loss mainly to the flu, considering the next 3 weeks on 2.5mg i was actually gaining weight.

Took my first dose of 5mg on March 8. The next day, I could already feel the difference. Food noise was greatly reduced and my body, which was prone to getting sore from going to the gym, suddenly wasn't sore at all. My gym workouts got more frequent and more intense. I dropped 4.8lbs the first week on 5mg (265.0 to 260.2). The following week i lost 2lbs (260.2 to 258.2). The third week, i dropped an additional 3.2lbs (down to 255.0). Fourth week i lost only one pound (254.0), but that included Easter celebrations with both my family and my fiancé's family.

So i started this week at 254.0 pounds. I'm on day 6 of this week and I stepped on the scale this morning at 248.6, a loss of 5.4lbs in only 6 days (average of 0.9lbs per day). I'm a little concerned this might be too fast, but maybe it's just making up for the lower weight loss last week.

I will say, I did alter my diet a little this week. I eat the same breakfast and same lunch every day. I start the day with 8oz of cold water. ~15 minutes later, I eat breakfast. it's 2 scoops of vanilla premier protein powder in 8oz of fairlife skim milk, followed by a salted caramel built puff bar, an ounce of pecans, and a kiwi, paired with 12oz of water mixed with miralax. I'm not a calorie counter, but with the rapid weight loss I checked out of curiosity. 64g of protein, 615 calories. Lunch i go light. A glass of cookie dough chunk built puff bar and a Danon Light and Fit strawberry Greek yogurt. Comes out to 27g of protein and 270 calories. Dinner is whatever the fiancé and I decide to have. Last night was salad and Mac and cheese with a little brisket mixed in (admittedly probably the most unhealthy dinner of the week). But if I had to guess, most nights my dinner is between 800 and 1200 calories.

My Sedentary TDEE is 2553. if you include my exercise level, it's 3298. so it's not like I'm starving myself when I'm eating roughly 1800 to 2000 calories per day. I mean, I could easily eat more, but I've taught myself that I don't really need to.

Ok, now that you've got the story, here's my question(s). Should I be eating more? Or do weeks like this just happen sometimes? I don't wanna complain about weight loss, but i also don't want to develop gallstones or pancreatitis. I'm happy with my dose (5mg), so I'd rather not change that, if possible. just curious to hear from others with more experience. Thank you in advance! This sub is awesome and I appreciate everyone contributing to the community!

Could my weight stall be from the vial coming from a different pharmacy?

I have only had 7 shots, I’m a newbie still learning so please bear with me.

I decided to go with one company that used a pharmacy that didn’t add things to the trizepititde. I got my vial and used it for 6 weeks and lost 12.5 pounds.

I decided to stay at the 2.5 dosage because I was doing well on it. I was steadily losing weight. My food noise had been almost eliminated and my satiety was and is strong.

I used that vial for 5 doses and then switched to the new vial. The new vial comes from a different compounding pharmacy.

I felt more nausea with that shot, but nothing major. It just lasted longer than the other 5 shots.

But the biggest thing I’ve noticed is I haven’t lost any weight since starting the new vial. I just had my second shot last night

I’m still not over eating, it’s still controlling my hunger it’s just that I haven’t lost any weight, and in fact gained 2.5 pounds.

Is this just normal? Or because this came from a different pharmacy? I don’t think I’m ready to move up to 5mg based on the fact that it is controlling my hunger and because up until this last week I was losing about 2 pounds a week.

Help!

I know weight loss is not linear. I know weight loss is not linear. I know weight loss is not linear.

Three times should get it to stick right?? I have done so much research before starting this journey in January, for at least 6 months, if not longer, on all of the things.

I feel like I know what I am doing even if I really have no idea.

I started at 282. January I lost 10 pounds. February another 10 pounds. I am doing all the right things, water, protein, steps, weights occasionally, but honestly not as often as I should, and now I have been stuck at 257 for like ... 5 weeks.

I started out doing my inj. 2x weekly once I got to 5 as I was having increased food noise later in the week. I have slowly bumped up to 2 inj @ 3.5 weekly. I tried to do all 7 at once last week hoping that would help my stall, but that left me starving yesterday and a lot of nausea this week which I have had none of on the lower dose 2x weekly.

Really just here for some support and tips, or someone to just tell me like it is and that I need to relax and let it do it's thing!!

How much effort are you putting into your weight loss on tirz?

Poll: For my curiosity.... for those losing weight on tirz (at least 1 pound per week average) how much effort are you putting into losing weight, food-wise?

A. Not much effort-- the weight loss is just happening!

B. Some effort-- ex. I consider portion size and healthiness of food but I'm not tracking or counting anything.

C. A bunch of effort--Counting calories and sticking to a calorie deficit

D. Something else I'll comment on in comments

Compound additives

Hey everyone. I just started tirz from Eden yesterday and got very very itchy. I think it’s from the methyl b12 as I don’t do well with methyl donors. I started very low 1.5mg just to see how I’d do.

I plan on switching to Gimme because Eden is significantly more expensive (any idea why?) but does anyone know what Gimme compounds it’s tirz with?

Considering Tirzepatide and Confused

My mother (T2D) and my sister (PCOS and morbidly obese) have been on Mounjaro and Zepbound respectively for over a year. It's been a miracle drug for them, to the extent they see me hovering just above obesity threshold in my mid 30s and have encouraged me to try it. They are not body shaming me at all, but just know we share a lot of DNA and I would likely benefit.

I have PCOS and insulin resistance and became obese for the first time in my life after my second was born (he's turning 5 so it's been a minute...). However, I know my insurance (United) almost never covers GLP-1s unless you are actually type 2 diabetic, which I'm not. I'm just at a high risk for it. I live a somewhat active lifestyle but my biggest barrier to weight loss has been stress eating, combined with an overwhelming nausea when I am in a relatively small caloric deficit. Any time I feel close to getting through a day with a calorie deficit I feel so sick I can hardly function and I know that eating alleviates that discomfort so it's very difficult to stay on track.

So I have two main questions.

  1. Are there any price friendly and safe compounded options that will remain available moving forward for a newbie or has the ship sailed? (Just heard about them trying to shut down a bunch?)

  2. Has anyone had similar problems with nausea when staying in a caloric deficit and did it improve on this med?

ProRx stock?

This is for all my fellow fans of ProRx, I don’t feel the need to panic buy. However, for those who missed the window of opportunity(deadline yesterday)how do they find out when ProRx is completely out of stock? Can ppl still order and from where? I wasn’t there for the whole Olympia ordeal, so I’m just wondering how we know if there’s any stock left?

7.5 vs 10- Food Noise

Can anyone please share their experience with going from 5 to 7.5, and 7.5 to 10 and how were the 7.5 and 10 doses in terms of reducing food noise and weight loss?

I have been at 6 mg for several months as side effects were a bit strong and I was cautious about titrating up. But food noise is extremely severe now and I’m wanting to binge so I obviously should have titrated up to 7.5 already.

I know everyone will have different experiences. I’m just looking for community support as wanting to go back to binge behavior is scary. Looking for kind comments.

3 questions: stockpile, food noise, & beginning weight lost

Hey guys! So as the title says, I've got 3 questions if anybody can help:

Question #1) I see ALOT of people on here mentioning they get/have stockpiles of this stuff, some people say they have over a year worth of it. How do you guys get so much when you only get the one script/vial at a time? Like I can see having a teeny tiny bit leftover, MAYBE 1 shot worth after the vial per month is done. But I can't find how you guys get so much up to/over 1 year's worth of it. I use the refills website for my script if that helps.

Question #2) I've been on this for almost a month now, I've been on 2.5mg every week since starting, doing my 4th shot tomorrow, and on the next vial/month my dose will be upped to 5mg for each shot over the next 4 weeks, then upped to 7.5mg the next 4 weeks after that, so on and so on. But I've noticed the food noise has not gone away at all. Not even a little bit. Is it normal for it to not help with the food noise at all during the first month/first starting low dose, but then start to get rid of it/help with it as the dosage goes up? I have PCOS for reference, and still feel like I'm constantly hungry all the time, alot of times within 30 minutes after a big full meal.

Question #3) This I know may be different for most people, so mostly just a curiosity question, but what was your weight loss the first month on this? Did the weight loss become easier or greater the higher the dosage? Mostly curious if with Tirz, does the weight loss start slow, or not at all in the first starting doses, and gets easier to lose weight as it goes higher up in dose?

Sorry if I repeated myself, or seemed to ask in circles. Just new to this and really nervous it won't work like I've seen all the great stories on here. And I know everyone is different and I shouldn't expect to be lucky like those people who've lost so much, but curious if there's been people this hasn't worked on at all.

(Side note: I've also cut my calorie intake almost in half of what it used to be when I started the shots, and also cut my carb intake to only anywhere from 20 grams to 50 grams per day.)

Thank you for any advice!

Interested in Tirze but...

Hi, i am diabetic and currently taking metformin, gliclazide and glyhart. I am interested in taking tirze and been wanting to seek approval of my endo. But what stopping me is I will not get the approval if I will not go buy direct to him.

Is there someone here been taking same type of medicine but remove some of it to be able to take tirze?
