



The difference a year can make
Been busting my butt with the clean diet and exercise and the help of a glp1. Never felt better and healthier than ever! I went to the dr and the scale as at 315 and he told me if I keep it up I will have full-blown diabetes. So I’ve been doing no carbs lots of protein veggies, fruit.Etc it’s not easy and some days I wanted to say screw this but I’ve been powering through and am very happy of where I got to so far.
I’ve been doing the peloton bike every day for 10 miles ( takes a half hr) and playing lots of pickleball
