This is going to be my lunch today.
I just crave this naturally, I wasn’t originally thinking about the macros. I got the idea for this from those “Sargento balanced breaks” but I save so much money buying the ingredients separately. I get to pick my cheese and can make it a bigger amount to feel like a meal. This fills me up and these macros are very balanced for a healthy meal based on my research so I thought I’d share!
Obviously not the best for someone trying to be low carb but I’ve struggled with disordered eating my whole life so I try not to “diet.” I think my approach towards food now is more intuitive. I previously lost 100lbs and gained it + some after pregnancy. I’ve lost almost 50lbs on my glp-1 journey since November ‘25, trying a few different ones before settling with compounded tirz + b6 in January. My weight loss really picked up then. I titrated slowly due to side effects and just upped my dosage to 8.8mg last week and it’s working really well for me!
