Help!

I know weight loss is not linear. I know weight loss is not linear. I know weight loss is not linear.

Three times should get it to stick right?? I have done so much research before starting this journey in January, for at least 6 months, if not longer, on all of the things.

I feel like I know what I am doing even if I really have no idea.

I started at 282. January I lost 10 pounds. February another 10 pounds. I am doing all the right things, water, protein, steps, weights occasionally, but honestly not as often as I should, and now I have been stuck at 257 for like ... 5 weeks.

I started out doing my inj. 2x weekly once I got to 5 as I was having increased food noise later in the week. I have slowly bumped up to 2 inj @ 3.5 weekly. I tried to do all 7 at once last week hoping that would help my stall, but that left me starving yesterday and a lot of nausea this week which I have had none of on the lower dose 2x weekly.

Really just here for some support and tips, or someone to just tell me like it is and that I need to relax and let it do it's thing!!
