A Weird Weight Loss Week

(34m, 6'1.5", SW 270.0, CW 248.6) I started on compounded tirzepatide on February 8th. I'm using BPI w/ B6. I came down with the flu 2 days later. by the end of the week, I had lost 7lbs (270.0 down to 263.0). I attribute the loss mainly to the flu, considering the next 3 weeks on 2.5mg i was actually gaining weight.

Took my first dose of 5mg on March 8. The next day, I could already feel the difference. Food noise was greatly reduced and my body, which was prone to getting sore from going to the gym, suddenly wasn't sore at all. My gym workouts got more frequent and more intense. I dropped 4.8lbs the first week on 5mg (265.0 to 260.2). The following week i lost 2lbs (260.2 to 258.2). The third week, i dropped an additional 3.2lbs (down to 255.0). Fourth week i lost only one pound (254.0), but that included Easter celebrations with both my family and my fiancé's family.

So i started this week at 254.0 pounds. I'm on day 6 of this week and I stepped on the scale this morning at 248.6, a loss of 5.4lbs in only 6 days (average of 0.9lbs per day). I'm a little concerned this might be too fast, but maybe it's just making up for the lower weight loss last week.

I will say, I did alter my diet a little this week. I eat the same breakfast and same lunch every day. I start the day with 8oz of cold water. ~15 minutes later, I eat breakfast. it's 2 scoops of vanilla premier protein powder in 8oz of fairlife skim milk, followed by a salted caramel built puff bar, an ounce of pecans, and a kiwi, paired with 12oz of water mixed with miralax. I'm not a calorie counter, but with the rapid weight loss I checked out of curiosity. 64g of protein, 615 calories. Lunch i go light. A glass of cookie dough chunk built puff bar and a Danon Light and Fit strawberry Greek yogurt. Comes out to 27g of protein and 270 calories. Dinner is whatever the fiancé and I decide to have. Last night was salad and Mac and cheese with a little brisket mixed in (admittedly probably the most unhealthy dinner of the week). But if I had to guess, most nights my dinner is between 800 and 1200 calories.

My Sedentary TDEE is 2553. if you include my exercise level, it's 3298. so it's not like I'm starving myself when I'm eating roughly 1800 to 2000 calories per day. I mean, I could easily eat more, but I've taught myself that I don't really need to.

Ok, now that you've got the story, here's my question(s). Should I be eating more? Or do weeks like this just happen sometimes? I don't wanna complain about weight loss, but i also don't want to develop gallstones or pancreatitis. I'm happy with my dose (5mg), so I'd rather not change that, if possible. just curious to hear from others with more experience. Thank you in advance! This sub is awesome and I appreciate everyone contributing to the community!
