Stop Handing the FDA a Reason to Shut Us Down

I’m calling out the recent posts by a user u/Thereisagoatontv who is reporting telehealth providers like Gimme Care to the FDA. We need to be very clear about what is happening right now in April 2026. The FDA has been looking for a reason to permanently end tirzepatide compounding since the shortage was cleared. By filing formal federal reports because you had a bad customer service experience, you are handing the government and Eli Lilly the exact evidence they need to ban these pharmacies for good.

You got your refund. You won your financial dispute. But by continuing to "warn" the FDA, you are acting as an unpaid enforcer for Big Pharma. You are effectively trying to take away the only affordable, high-efficacy treatment left for thousands of people who can't afford $1,000 for Zepbound. If you’re done with compounding, move on. But stop burning the bridge for the rest of us. Your personal vendetta isn't worth thousands of people's livelihood and health.

This was a scorched earth move.

⚠️ URGENT: PROTECT THE ACCESS. WATCH WHAT YOU POST🚧

Community, we need to be smart. It was explicitly brought up in recent court proceedings (Eli Lilly vs. Mochi Health) that these groups are being monitored. Eli Lilly and regulatory bodies like the FDA are currently monitoring 24/7 this group and others, looking for any excuse to shut down the compounding industry permanently.

To protect your access and our providers, please follow these rules immediately: No "Bulk Switch" Stories: Avoid posting about providers changing dosages "en masse" or without individual consultations. This is a primary legal attack point for Lilly.

Keep Sources Private: Do not name specific pharmacies or provide "how-to" guides for bypassing standard medical protocols. Focus on Health, Not "Hacks": Discussing results and side effects is fine. Discussing how to manipulate the system gives them ammunition to claim "corporate practice of medicine" violations.

Assume You Are Being Read: Every post here can be screenshotted and used as an "Exhibit A" in a courtroom to prove the industry is a "wild west."

Don't let a single post be the reason we all lose access until 2040 or beyond. Be smart and be cautious. Be discreet.

Eli lilly and their dogs at the FDA are watching you.

The judge in the Eli Lilly vs. Mochi case seems to be leaning toward Lilly. How will this affect access to compounded meds?

https://youtu.be/f9GLreMHFZ4

Why the San Francisco hearing is the "make or break" moment for compounding.

I just watched a summary of the latest hearing in San Francisco. It sounds like the judge is shifting her stance and might allow Eli Lilly’s case against Mochi to move forward into discovery. I’m curious what the 'higher ups' healthcare providers, legal experts, or industry insiders here think about the judge's focus on reputational harm and lost sales.

Did anyone else see that 0-day account delete their post and run? They are definitely watching us.

The timing is just too perfect. Someone drops a perfectly formatted, legal sounding "warning" about our health choices, and the moment people start calling out the hypocrisy and the timing of the new big pharma product launches, the post and the account are gone. If it was a "concerned citizen," they would have stayed to have the conversation. Instead, they deleted everything. It looks exactly like a corporate dog or a lobbyist plant from the big two manufacturers or the agency they own, the FDA.

They are clearly monitoring these groups because our success stories are hurting their bottom line.

Thumb twitches/fasciculations specifically when using grip or pressure

I've been dealing with a persistent twitch in my left thumb and I'm wondering if anyone else experiences this specific trigger. It doesn't usually twitch when my hand is completely at rest. Instead, it happens in these specific scenarios: When I am about to grip an object. When I apply pressure to the thumb (like pressing a button or holding a phone). When I hold my hand in certain positions. When it starts, it twitches "like crazy" until I release the tension or move my hand. I've been dealing with some neurological issues lately and even had a spinal tap recently to investigate things, but this specific thumb trigger is new and driving me a bit wild. Has anyone else had twitches that are "positional" or "intention-based" rather than just random pops at rest? Did anything specific help, like certain supplements or physical therapy exercises?
