MT2 use over about a 2 month span.

So I dosed it at 250mcg daily for about 2 weeks while also tanning in a bed 3x per week for 20 minutes. After that I would use 500mcg only when I knew I was going to tan which I stopped going as frequently.

I will say it worked great and the #1 thing I’ve noticed as a huge win is I don’t seem to burn at all. I’ve always had issues burning and peeling and losing what tan I could get. Now I use a light amount of spf-10 while outside and this tan is just getting better. It does still cause some minor nausea as well as other issues that aren’t sometimes not an issue at all if you get what I mean. Moles and freckles have sanded considerably as well so that’s kind of a negative but overall I’m happy with it

Tren E micro dosing

So I’m considering trying tren E at 70mg per week injected daily with my test and mast. Stack would be 200/300/70 Test C/Mast P/Tren E. The reason for the long ester is I’ve heard anecdotal reports that using tren E daily at low dose can give you almost all the befits with little to no side effects. I ran tren ace at 250 a week and after a month it was just a bit much for me. Night sweats and insomnia. I’m cutting now so trying to see how lean I can get and still preserve muscle.

Anybody else ever experimented with something similar to this approach?

My natural journey

People asked what my natural journey looked like well here it is. Reference my original post here
https://www.reddit.com/r/WeightTraining/s/CIyqqcInED

September 2022 I weighed 317lbs at only 5’7”. I was 32 years old. When could no longer stand for my son’s football game because of the heat and achy joints I knew a change had to be made. I knew I didn’t eat well so I figure why not use technology. I downloaded the lose it app and began tracking every meal. I figured out what my TDEE was and subtracted roughly 700 cals from that. The weight started falling off weekly as I got in the gym with more cardio than what was needed. I ended up lifting to get active as well. I had lower lifted in high school and always enjoyed it. Also made sure to get 12-15k steps in daily.

By the next year I had dropped over 100lbs with nothing but diet and exercise. I was only tracking calories at this time. So my diet was still far less than optimal as far as macros go. I was also still drinking. I was much lighter and felt better but still didnt like the way I looked. I maintained about 205lbs for over a year before starting the next leg of my journey referenced in my other post.

[36] Work in progress but proud of where I’m at.

4 years ago I couldn’t even stand up long enough to watch my sons football practice. The heat would get to me and my joints hurt. I was embarrassed to be seen in anything other than work clothes and there was no such thing as a decent candid photo.

I decided I was done. So I dove head first into fitness again to fix my body as well as my mind and it had worked wonders for me in every aspect of my life. Enhancement followed with a GLP1 to lose the last 50 pounds or so and testosterone to build muscle back.

Abs making their way back in finally.

Don’t mind the chewed bubblegum gut. Used to be a lot bigger

5’7” 197lbs.

150lb weight loss since 2022. 317 to 167. Bulked back to 210lbs, now at 197lbs. I’m guessing 18-20%

Cut is going well. 5’7” 197lbs

Leaning out from an enhanced bulk. Shooting for sub 10% body fat by the end 0f summer. Sitting at around 18% right now if I had to guess.

Rate my new split

Coming out of an enhanced bulk to a cut. The bro split was great but looking to change it up with more frequency over volume. Open to suggestions

317lbs at my heaviest 167lbs at my lightest. Currently sitting at 198lbs. Best thing I ever did was decide enough was enough when I couldn’t stand long enough to watch my sons football practice.

The cut begins! Probably sitting at around 18-20% bf. Hoping to reach that 10% mark around 180lbs

For reference, 5’7”. Went from 170lbs to 202lbs. How much lean mass has been gained based off the available images I have? I’m thinking 10lbs and I’m at maybe 18-20%bf. Welcome to all constructive criticism aside from dumb gear comments. Thanks!

So I went from a very depleted 170lbs to my current weight of 202lbs over the course of a 21 week bulk. Undoubtedly gained fat. However, I’m trying to gauge how much lean tissue might have been added. I’m thinking 10-12lbs. Many AIs like chat GPT are saying 12 all the at up to 18 which is just ridiculous. Whats the best guess on tissue gained and possible current bf%? I’m thinking 18-20%.

For reference I went from 16.5” to 17.25” on my arms unpumped. Neck from 16.5” to 18”. Waist around navel from 32.5” to 34”. Didn’t get a before measurement but my chest and delt circumference is 52.5”.

Also lost 150lbs Hence the saggy skin.

So I’m 5’7” 202lbs. I’ve been maintaining now for about 3 weeks after coming off my bulk. I dropped some water weight so down from 210. My plan is to maintain for another 4 weeks and then do a nice easy cut down to around 175-180lbs but I seem to get more compliments at this size. Should I keep bulking for a bit? Or maybe shoot for a slow recomp over the summer? I’m definitely not lean but not super fat either.
