We remain focused

This gym isn't the best, but we're still focused (ps: I'm staying with my mom and this is the only one nearby). :/

For 5 months, I’ve been going to the gym twice a week doing a beginner full body routine without missing a single week. I decided to see if I could notice any visible changes, but became disappointed when I put the photos side-by-side 😕.

Am I missing something?

Hey, as the title says, I want to know how much more weight I should lose. It’s been about 4 months since I started going to the gym, and I’ve lost about 30 pounds. When I started, I thought 30 pounds would be enough, but right now I’m not happy with how I look. So I was wondering how much weight I should lose to look athletic or just lean.

5 years ago I was pre-diabetic majorly overweight and had health problems. Now my blood markers are on form and I’m dialling in to a shape that’s seems unrecognisable from what I used to look like.

A small win

I know these chin-ups are not much, but I went from weak thin arms to this 🥳
