23M About midway through my cut, how is the progress and how much longer do I have?
Is it possible to further shrink my waist? Or am I better off building more upper body mass M(18)
I was wondering if it was even physically possible to get a smaller waist, but I think if I build more upper body mass I can create the same illusion I want. Right now I’m at a 26.5-27inch waist
