I built a mining incremental game where you can gamble your way to faster upgrades. Steam demo just went live
Game Title: Ore & Odds
Playable Link: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4654480/Ore__Odds_Demo/
Platform: PC (Windows) / Steam
Description: The core loop is exactly what it sounds like: mine ore, upgrade your tools, gamble to push those upgrades faster. Simple on paper, but tuning the risk-reward curve for the gambling mechanic took way longer than I expected. Day one of the demo, so I'm genuinely curious how the pacing feels in that first session. Does the gambling mechanic feel rewarding or just frustrating? That's the main thing I want feedback on.
Free to Play Status: Demo available
Involvement: Developer. First commercial game.
The NPCs in my game now notice you when you walk past them
I recently added a small detail where NPCs subtly turn their heads toward the player when you walk past them.
It started as a simple way to make interaction zones feel clearer, but it also made the tavern feel much more alive instead of having NPCs stand there like static mannequins.
It ended up being a bit trickier to implement than I initially expected, so I wanted to share the result.
(The game is called Table of Fates)
i drew two wemen characters for my Literary CRPG game
woman characters should be a friendly companion in games, it's a rule
but the era is change, they need to be proactive with own perspective
so here are they who fit perfectly in my game Saga · The Circle
a head of invader leading you to heaven earlier
a princess leading you to realistic perspective in mystic Britain
what do you think?
Baldur's Gate was the first game I played 27 years ago, have always wanted to make my own, so spent too long trying to get the vibe down.
Still a long way to go, but I'm pretty happy with the vibe.
I tried to make the pre-rendered scenes, but the feedback loop is rough so i'm just using post processing on 3D graphics to get 60% of the way there.
Creating a whole universe and spells of my own is quite fun, want to compose more songs to get the feeling right for interior spaces and storytelling. Most of the time so far is modeling/lighting/vibe/spells/movement & conversation stuff sorting out he state machine with stubs and tests.
I like the idea of the sigils forming in the hand during cast and then appearing on the ground.
Using Blender/Godot/Photoshop etc.
Going to spend the next week making a little questline and wiring up some of the combat too.
Solo so doing everything. Let me know if you've got any tips. :) Just thought I'd share where I'm at.
We’re releasing our very first game on June 1!

Don't look behind you!
Making this LoFi horror game called 'Project Looking Glass'. You explore dozens of creepy and liminal spaces trying to uncover the mystery of what happened to you. Been using my dreams a lot as inspiration since most of the levels are little vignettes like this. Demo is on Steam if you're interested!
Can you survive this strange world?

Unsound Love originally began as a fairly classic soulslike, featuring dodge rolls, combat systems, stamina, traps, and boss battles. However, after creating our first intern demo, we decided to remove many of these elements in order to explore other aspects of the soulslike genre that we personally love. As a result, the game feel more like blend of Outer Wilds and Little Nightmares.
We’ve heard from a few people that it reminds them of the very first Zelda games, which is probably because the game used to be a Souls-like.
Stuck in the 90s, i'm developping a game inspired by Landstalker
After a year of development, today I finally published the Steam page of my Balkan style citybuilder
Patchland - upcoming cozy tile-placer. Now with animals!
Patchland is a relaxing strategy game where you create your own world by building it from scratch using tiles. Connect various biomes, earn points, complete quests, and add animals to the map to create increasingly larger and more beautiful landscapes.
In Patchland you start with an empty space and a small supply of tiles. You slowly expand your landscape by adding more elements. It is a game without rush and without great challenges, perfect to sit down, relax, and occupy your mind with pleasant tile placement.

Working on a kaleidoscope-based puzzle game where circles become butterflies
My first (serious) ios game now in preorder - new trailer to celebrate ^_^
I actually spent two weeks battling apple reviewer(s). Reviewer rejected it saying it is a copycat of a game with the same name. Apparently they googled my game's name and found video I posted here on reddit to attract beta-testers. And after i pointed to that, they insisted I should clear my metadata not to mention my game's name. Ridiculous.
Finally it was accepted and is now officially in pre-order mode. It is free to pre-order (one time IAP to unlock, no ads).
The game is inspired by old pocket video pokers (like the ones in the beginning of this "trailer" I made. I also printed a 3D version of my game interface on my BambuLab Mini.
Cheers, happy and nervous now.
We’ve been working on our indie RPG for a couple of years and we’re finally have some gameplay footage!
Vetus Rex is an Argentinian indie MMORPG-in-the-making. We’ve been developing it in our spare time with virtually no budget.
The game focuses on a dark fantasy atmosphere and intriguing lore inspired by local folk horror. We’re still actively developing and polishing many aspects of the experience, and we’d really love to hear your thoughts and feedback.

Castle of Thorns - Just wanted to share the adventure visual novel I'm working on
I was going to release my demo today, but turns out Subnautica 2 is a pretty big deal. Gonna wait two week until after ocean fest. Anyway... Here's the demo trailer!
I'm really glad i checked because, while I'm sure my game isn't going to blow up just because I release a demo, the timing would not have helped at all.
