So Vodafone could add encrypted RCS in iOS 26.5 on Three network but not Vodafone itself

I'm pretty sure it's not an automatic thing done by iOS 26.5 as O2 doesn't support encrypted RCS apparently

Is UPS stuck in the 90s?

Only UPS has this ridiculous system of having to create an account and register your address in order to be able to control your delivery. Oh and make sure you use the exact same address format everywhere, because if you even make one slight mistake, the parcel does not show up on your account and there's no option to reschedule.

Whereas with Royal Mail, Evri, DPD etc I can literally go to the tracking page, enter the postcode that it's being delivered to and make changes to the delivery.

I have moved house and I cannot register my new address as apparently UPS My Choice is not available! And guess what? My previous address, where I did register with UPS My Choice is also not available now. Even trying my old London address also doesn't work. How can UPS My Choice not be available in LONDON of all places??

UPS needs to get with the times, ditch this ridiculous My Choice account system and just let people enter the delivery postcode in order to have control over the delivery options

How to completely eliminate ants?

I moved into a new build in England last December and I started seeing ants enter my home since this Tuesday. Before then it was never a problem.

I have noticed that one bottom corner of my front door is missing a piece of strip and that’s very likely how the ants are entering even when closed. The developer will be fixing this soon. In the meantime I’m trying to prevent any more ants from coming in.

I don’t understand at all what they are here for as I’ve cleaned every bit of the house. I’ve noticed they either scatter around the area near my front door or around the door that enters my living room. I haven’t seen them go anywhere else. At most I see 5 ants at a time wandering around so it’s not a full blown invasion. It has reduced in recent days but just seeing one gets me afraid and I’m worried that one day all of a sudden a huge swarm of ants will rush in as if this was a Hollywood movie.

I’ve read that it’s ant season and it’s supposedly normal but previously I’ve lived in flats where the entrance is a couple of floors inside the building so now I’m in a house this a new thing for me. Can anyone advise how I can tackle this problem before it gets out of hand? Thank you

When is Evri Premium starting?

It’s been a year since the merger and I’m wondering when Evri Premium is actually gonna start?

The DHL tracking site is awful and there’s no mobile app, Evri despite its problems has a decent mobile app with notifications. When will we be able to track the DHL eCommerce parcels using the Evri app?

My nearby postbox would previously show in the Royal Mail app at a completely different location (and yes I verified the postbox number). Now that postbox has disappeared off the map completely but is still physically present.

What does this mean? Is the postbox no longer in service and I should not bother dropping anything there?

I purchased this Brother laser printer about 3 months ago and it came with toner and a free EcoPro trial. When I activated the trial they sent out another toner which can apparently only be used when the subscription is active. I ended up never using the subscription toner since the toner that came with the printer has plenty left, and this month decided to cancel EcoPro and send the subscription toner back.

But now I'm seeing this message that the toner that came with my printer is not genuine?? If I log into my printer dashboard and go to toner cartridge check it says it's genuine. I've restarted my printer several times but this message is still showing. I've purchased this printer from Argos UK. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
