Evri usually throw my parcels over my gate anyway so wdym it’s too big and you need a specialist courier

I got a bargain from vinted for £80 which is worth £350 and in my hurry to pay for it before someone else did I selected Evri
I’m an idiot as it’s now been “delayed” and Mrs “Claire” (Ai Bot) is “escalating” the issue and the people at the warehouse are “conducting a thorough search”

Hate Evri with every fibre of my being

Might go get a job at the warehouse with Claire & steal peoples parcels on the side as it goes unpunished by the looks of it.

Has anyone received this email and still actually got their parcel delivered?

Got a message saying my delivery had been delivered 90 minutes ago.

No door bell rang, so I went to the front porch nothing there. Went online to look at the delivery notice and found this picture, that's not my back gate. I ended up going around all the alley ways and eventually spotted it on top of a neighbour's fence.

I'm glad I found it and luckily it hadn't been thrown into someone's garden, what Muppets these people are, I had been waiting 3 weeks for this so would have been quite annoyed.

After losing multiple parcels with Evri I'm starting to feel like there's a clear pattern. If the item is too large or heavy there's a large chance its going to go missing. On ebay large items seem to cost about £7.19 delivery which seems way too low. So my theory is Evri will accept these large items then never intend to actually deliver them. They try to meet the deadline to deliver by faking delivery knowing they will ultimately pocket the delivery costs and ebay will refund the seller, so ultimately free money. Other companies like Royal mail, UPS, FedEx will charge larger deliver costs because they are obliged to actually deliver these items but Evri basically accepts all items just to push out these other companies. I know people who worked for Royal mail and if they don't meet certain targets the whole company gets fined. But Evri being a shady private company doesn't seem to have this kind of problem?

Untimely it's a sort of loop hole that's exploited, the government should have shut them down or implement a fine but seems powerless :(

Delivery today, first time a driver has caught his snout in their proof of delivery image.

Needless to say he loves any delivery driver because it usually means ‘treats’ are being delivered or if not some drivers or postmen bring him one (they ask first obvs) but love this pic!

Got a notification saying delivery was attempted 7 hours before it was meant to arrive. The only problem is I don't live in a bush in the middle of nowhere.

After a back and forth with “Claire”, I got a reply from an actual human. My parcel was “delivered” on Sunday except it wasn’t. I replied asking where it was, either in a depot or at the courier’s house…
What are the chances I actually get it?

This is my first time ordering from Evri when the seller has dropped off the parcel to a locker instead of a regular parcel shop. Is this normal or am I missing something?

this is the third time in almost a week where they have said this. am i ever going to receive my parcel? do i need to contact evri?

It’s not Saturday 9th… (now I say this it doesn’t feel as bad it’s just I’ve never had to wait this long) just wanna get some opinions on whether you guys think it’s lost in time or not

Ps: if I’m not allowed to post stuff like this I’m sorry 😔

I’m pretty sure Evri doesn’t deliver on bank holidays so should I not get my hopes up?
