Company Ive been working at for 3 years is going through a messy merger so they’re running us so thin and making all these changes that really don’t make any sense for employees or the company. Now they’ve been pushing us to do way more work than what our stats require.

Im consistently top 5 in our dept of 30 people and they still push me to do more. I asked leadership what the incentive of us doing more work when we’re already exceeding our personal stats. My DM decided to interpret this as me questioning my job role and threatening to fire me in writing if I continue to ask valid questions to my coach/manager.

It’s so stupid and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge the amount of work I already do

Been reading a sub about a TV show a lot recently only to find it’s really just a snark sub constantly talking shit about the actors and crew. Mind you there’s multiple rules about personal attacks and harassment.

I left a comment saying it’s kinda weird and rude how some people seem to get so angry about someone they don’t know. Next thing I know I’m perm banned and perm muted because suddenly they decide to enforce the rules after hearing something they don’t like. They really did just prove the point in my comment lol.

I cleaned my AirPods last night using the Apple instructions to clean the meshes with micellar water and distilled water. I dried them really well and left them to dry overnight.

I used them today and they sound muffled especially with transparency mode. I’ve cleaned them like this before and never had an issue but now it’s hard to hear unless I take them out. Does anyone have any tips to fix it? Thanks

Company I work for is going thru a merger and it’s been a disaster. Constant policy changes that make zero sense from an employee well being or business stand point. I’ve been vocal about calling them out and sticking up for the other employees on my team.

I was given a verbal once over a year ago before for “being negative” with comments I’ve made about policies and haven’t heard a thing since.

I get called into a meeting with my two managers and dept manager being told I’m rude, unprofessional and making my peers uncomfortable.

Not once have my managers said anything about this since I got a verbal over a year ago for giving my feedback or telling me a better way to word things. I’ve even told them multiple times I’m sorry if it came off a certain why and that wasn’t my intention at all. I clarified this again multiple times and asked why I couldn’t be told there was an issue since I wasn’t aware and my managers even said they understood my concerns.

Told me that since I was told once over a year ago they don’t have to tell me and now they’re threatening to terminate me if I’m being “negative” at all.

Sounds to me like they’re just being vague as possible to try and create a paper trail to get me fired. They completely disregarded my explanation and are just making assumptions that I’m trying to cause problems.

Is there anything I can do to protect myself? Im gonna stay completely silent unless I absolutely have to ask for something. I don’t even feel comfortable speaking to them about anything now.

I’ve been on Zoloft since 2/24/26. I’ve been slowly going up from 25mg and I’m at 50mg since 4/15.

I always wake up feeling so out of it for a few hours then I take my pill and like 3 hours later I get kinda dizzy and really drowsy, then an hour or so later I’m wide awake and kind of hyper.

Ive tried taking it at the start of my day and at night and same thing happens. Do I just need to give it more time or is this a normal thing? I’m really tired of being worried if I can go out or not because of it :(

I have a 256gb mini 6. im on 26.4.2 with 170gb of storage left and my iPad feels so slow now just with basic stuff. all I really use it for is watching videos or using safari and it seems to freeze up and stutter alot. I dont have alot of tabs or apps running. maybe im just used to my 17 pro max being pretty quick but it kinda sucks

I opened a Capital One checking and credit card when I was 18. I’m 26 now and have always paid the credit card on time and now have 2 other cards with them in good standing.

When I was 19 the checking got overdrawn by a small amount from a returned transfer after the money was pulled for a bill.

I ended up between jobs and sick which led to the account getting charged off and I was told they “ended the banking relationship” and they won’t let me open new accounts even though I was willing to pay any negative balance.

Now I have like 8 bank accounts with Discover all in good standing and I use them to save and manage my money and avoid any overdrafts and stay in my budget.

What I’m trying to find out is if anyone has any experience or information with Discover bank accounts and what will happen to them when it’s time to be merged to Capital One.

I’ve talked to Capital One and Discover both giving me the runaround saying they don’t know and to ask Capital One/Discover lol.

I heard another migration wave is gonna happen soon and I don’t want them to shut down my accounts as soon as I’m migrated or something. I know it’s technically risky but it seems a bit excessive when it was like 7 years ago and i had a good history with discover, nothing on chexsystems, and a nearly 800 credit score.

I mop my apartment nearly early day and use the small bottle kinda quick and don’t really wanna pay $15 for it. Has anyone tried any other floor cleaning solutions in it? The auto dispensing doesn’t work for me so I put the solution directly in the water tank
