Why do I like comparing other games to rdr😭😂
What’s something you didn’t know about RDR2 that you felt stupid when you found out
I’ll go first, My dumbass thought Swanson’s first name was Reverend
WHY?!?
I tried to cover the spoiler but idk if I did it right, ive never done it.
I’m on my first ever playthrough of RDR2 and have never played the first. I’m 36 and have been playing video games for a very long time now. Recently I finished chapter 6, and I’ll I can say is >!WHO THE FUCK THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA FOR ARTHUR TO DIE?!?!?!< There was so much other stuff that could have happened instead.
Is there any point contributing to camp stash once you've upgraded everything?
I've been donating here and there but I've got it all upgraded and wonder if I'd be better off keeping/selling my stuff.
TFW you
tfw you have spent like 2 hours hunting the panther, then on your latest attempt. AS YOURE LAYING your pred bait, it comes up and attacks you. THEN YOU GET HIT WITH THE AUTOSAVE PROMPT……
dead
such a canon event and unintended sequence of things
edit: its been 5 minutes i just reloaded a save and it happened again
edit: attempt #8
Horse is gone after chap. 5?
I try calling for her and just get a notification saying ‘horse is lost.’ Sorry if this is a stupid q but I couldn’t find anything here or on google, do I ever get my horse back?
What is your favorite loadout

Any fps boost mods rdr2
i play on a legit potato intel i5 8265u uhd 620 16gb ram and get about 11 fps lowest res is there any mods of config settings to help me get maybe 30
Best settings on Bravia 8?
Just picked up my first oled tv and I’m not sure if the other games that have higher fps spoiled me but this game looks too choppy. Is there a way I can make it smoother or no? The game looks soooo much better on an oled but the frame rate is irritating me
will rockstar continue to prioritise realism in the red dead redemption franchise?
as red dead redemption 2 and gta 6 will likely present the peak of technical realism in a video game, how will the franchise continue in rdr3? by the time rdr3 releases (if it even does) wont people likely be bored of the slow paced realism? and would the realism in rdr3 even be surprised anymore? in rdr 2 alone (2018 game) graphics were incredible and the attention to detail in everything was incredible, now seeing gta 6 will be released and furthermore build upon the realism rdr2 had, what will even be left for rdr3 realism wise to be a wow factor for people to purchase? and will rockstar likely have to actually backtrack a bit more and go back to the more arcadey shooter that rdr1 had?
i'm saying this as an extreme fan of realism in story games, but by the time rdr3 comes out surely the shock factor for the graphics and things will die down.
The fine art of conversation
So I finished this mission and my impatient ass skipped the last cutscene. I then saw Sister boarding the train and was so disappointed I missed that amazing cutscene, so I restarted the mission and did it all over again. But this time I saw reverend instead. Is there a reason I didn't see the sister again? I really wanted to see the iconic sister cutscene myself in my own game play :(
Lighting glitching indoors
I've tried changing graphics settings to the lowest, switching API and disabling DLSS. No graphical issues in any other game, only RDR2 (Steam version)
I'm using RTX 4070 (without overclock or undervolt, driver 595.79)
If you guys have any ideas, I'd be grateful.
