Got a good deal on an LG B4 OLED 65” for my living room, had a 75” Vizio 4k LED tv that I felt like the picture for sports/gaming wasn’t great, and I have a gaming pc/oled 240hz monitor downstairs so if I ever play ps5 the 60hz/worse picture was noticeable. I figured the downsize with the OLED would be outweighed by the better contrast/picture, but now I’m debating if I should keep 75” in.
The issue is we had a built-in entertainment center that the 75” (first photo) fit perfectly in, second photo is the 65” and I think it looks a little awkward but that might just be me adjusting to the size. Our couch is a sectional that is anywhere from 5” away to ~11” away at the furthest point, you can see the viewing angle in third photo with the 75”. It’s an open floor plan with the kitchen/dining room also able to see tv which was nice to have the bigger size. What’s the better move, keep 65” upstairs/75” in basement, or swap them? Does the 65” look awkward in the entertainment center vs. 75”?
Third option is to exchange the 65” for a 77” Sony Bravia 8 OLED which would barely fit in there, but that is $1,300 before tax and I got this lg for $680 all-in with 3-year warranty/screen protection, so not sure I can justify spending that much more for the bigger screen.
Also any suggestions for white replacement legs for 65” B4 model? Thought it would look better but didn’t know if they even make them.

It’s a 1hour drive away.
Is it good deal? Where should I get the extended warranty for it?

I was already considering a brand new C5. I started looking into the G5 so through Best Buy and through Amazon, refurbish and potentially new and open box. Any prior experience or potential advice in this type of scenario? What are your thoughts? Would there be an immense difference between the C5 to the G5?

Hello!
I live in Mauritius and the best LG tv available is the C5- unfortunately no G5 stocked here!
There is currently a display unit going for £1400 ( with warranty) or a 77 inch that costs £3800
I know 77 inch is a big step up, but is it really worth £3800
I know it’s subjective but any advice would be great
I think 1.4k is great deal but I’m unsure if Il get it and be wishing I bought 77 inch
Mainly getting for main room tv to play GTA 6 I’ve attached image of my living room to help

Looking to buy my first OLED from the partner store and would love to save a few bucks from using someone's promo code. Will happily pay it forward. Thanks!
LG Partner Store has the 83" C5 for $2399. Seems like a good low point for clearing out before the C6.
Anyone have a partner store discount code laying around?
Every 20 or so mins I have to look away from the TV. My vision gets so intense its hard to keep watching. Its bad on my eyes and floaters. I have no idea what to do, my OLED phone has no such problem, nor does my LCD monitor. I can look at both for hours no issue. My TV, 20 mins max. Mine is WOLED.

The 48 is good, but I watch a lot of football and it looks better on friends and family's TVs, but they all have 65 inch sizes or above
I don't need all the newest features etc, so not planning on waiting for the C6
Just wondering if the upgrade is worth the money?
So I bought the Blade Runner Final Cut 4K disc and watched it on my buddy's dedicated 120 inch 4K projection system / theater. It was really good but I couldn't get over the fact that black really looked gray to me. A few weeks later I popped the movie into my system which uses an 83" C1.
Oh my god! Now I understand why this disc got such great reviews as a reissue. Black was actually black. And the colors really popped against the infinite black.
Moral of the story is this truism - once you go OLED you can never go back.
Hi there. I can get a used 77” C3 for a good price, pretty much half the price of a new 77” C5. I am upgrading my 7 year old 65” and I sit 11 feet away, so the 77” would be nice. They sent photos of the screen just red and say there is no burn in on the ad. Anything else to check for? I hear these newer OLEDs don’t really have a burn in issue like older models. I plan on using it for my PS5 and some Youtube or TV shows in my living room. Cheers!
I’m currently saving up for a 65” LG C5, which is €1800 here in Ireland. I keep seeing loads of crazy deals online not just in the US, but even in parts of Europe and it’s making me wonder if I’m better off holding out for a sale.
Is there anyone here from the UK or Ireland who knows if the C5 or even the G5 is likely to go on sale anytime soon and if so, where would be the best places to keep an eye on? Should I just hold out until mid summer instead of buying in May.

Seeing a faint grid/crosshatch pattern on my OLED (pic attached). It’s visible during normal use, not just test screens.
Tried pixel refresh—no change.
Is this normal OLED behavior?
Hi,
I recently bought C5, 65 inch, looking for soundbar with subwoofer without rear speakers, any suggestions? budget is around 300 USD
is there any benefit for buying LG soundbar since I have an LG TV? or I can buy a different brand soundbar?
I have a C5 77 in my family room and am now in the market for a 55 for the bedroom. I just recently realized I have access to the partner store via Hulu thanks to this sub.
My question is are there any current codes that work for 55s, or are there ever codes that work for 55s? It seems most codes are for 77s or 83s. The price is great right now, $949, but I don't want to pull the trigger if a code is out there or could be forthcoming, I'm in no hurry.
Also, it seems the 10% off for signing up for texts doesn't work on TVs?
Apologies, I'm not sure if I'm sharing this in the right sub. If not, I'll delete my post and look elsewhere
I dunno if it's due to my depression, but I can go days without turning my oled TV on. While I love the visual quality of oled, I find it really hard to finish most movies these days, whether it's in one go or at all. It has to really interest me. At the same time, I can have days when I'm binge watching the new season of whatever show.
Objectively, the value for money compared to what the same money could buy in the 90s is much better. My family's first brand new TV was a 30 something inch crt for around £1500. I paid £1300 for my 65 lg c3 oled.
But yeah, the cost has bothered me for the past 2 years, partly because I worry I'd have to end up selling the TV if I move out in the next few years. The only reason I have a decent amount of disposable income is because I'm with my parents so most of what I have isn't going on rent. I can help them out and still have something for myself.
