How to deal with the frustration of not being like the girls on Instagram?

I have many selfsteem problems. I just don't know how to deal with this. It's so frustrating to see these beautiful and hot girls and not be one 😞

I just wanted to be beautiful, gracious and like those girls who record their day, the GRWM and the waking up moment.

I do therapy but it's so hard. I try, try and try to be better, but it seems nothing works out.

It makes me so sad.

I hate that I can't be like that.I was created in a way, like, to be "lazy" and not look to get myself better. And I hate that.

Is sex that important in a marriage?

I (30F) am about to start my new life with the love of my life. Long story about or romance, doesn't matter now....

I am a virgin (please no judgments and jokes) and he is older than me (42M). I had some experiences but I still don't know much.

He, the other way, it's experience.

So, I get REALLY worried about if I will be able to satisfy my future husband in bed.

My biggest concern is that I will be able to give him what he wants - I have a big libido and am a sexual and sexy person, but still, my fear is about being good enough or having "experience".

I don't want to be cheated 😞 I know man always look for other woman when they don't like what they have in home.

Hi guys :)

I just really want to understand this situation. No hate, just for curiosity.

I'm really insecure and have problems with selfsteem. I'm on a journey to lose weight and feel better, and that includes doing things that make me feel beautiful, like taking care of myself, etc.

My boyfriend sometimes tells me things to research and do things. Like, buy hair oils, buy this, do that. He never POINTS OUT the problem, just tells me about this product or something like that. Probably saw it on TV or somewhere lol

I just wanted to understand if he's doing this to really help me, or, maybe is some kind of indirect message, like, "I would love you to get better on this"? Like he doesn't want to be rude? Or it's just my insecurity talking?

Thank you :)

Oi pessoal :)

Sou um pouco "nova" quando se trata de cuidados e melhoras consigo mesma. Quais protetores térmicos vocês indicam?

Obrigada!

I'm a virgin, so that may explain my silly question. lol

I exercise but I still feel like I don't manage well the movements, like arching my back or things like that, I have NO IDEA what I will do lol

How can you get better at these little things? I'm sure they make a difference at poses
