When I click "Confirm Address" in email, I just land on a page with only the text "server up" and the address does not get confirmed. Please fix it

I’m honestly beyond frustrated at this point. I deposited funds into my account, and without any clear explanation, my account was suddenly frozen. No warning, no transparency ust locked out of my own money.

What makes this even worse is the complete lack of support. The app support doesn’t respond at all, and when I reached out on Reddit, I got vague, copy paste answers. No one can give me a clear timeline for when my funds will be released. Instead, I’m being told to “just wait” while their team reviews everything manually.

That is not acceptable. This kind of process can drag on indefinitely, and meanwhile, my money is just sitting there, inaccessible. Users deserve clear communication, reasonable timelines, and basic respect when it comes to their own funds.

This experience has completely destroyed my trust. Freezing accounts without explanation and leaving customers in the dark is not how a financial platform should operate.

Hello I am using Kraken here in the USA. I plan to move to the Philippines on July 2026. Is there a way for me to access it properly without any issues? Kraken is blocked in Philippines. Thank you!

Got a random deposit of 2,900 WAR into my kraken account. What could be the purpose of this? Am I in danger of losing my account to someone? Can I return to sender it? It was unexpected and I don’t own any other assets right now in kraken. How do I proceed in fixing this? I recently sold all my crypto because I didn’t own enough to bother with. I’m going to remove any banking info I have on my account. Any information is welcome.

I have requested to closed the account but you guys already had my name and address to send me 1099-DA yesterday. I hadn’t completely forgotten about Kraken and already filled the tax to IRS. Like seriously?? If you had my name and address, you guys couldn’t even email me that they where processing 1099-DA before April 15????

I tried calling to 888 720 8670 and they say to use their app to call them, then why out the phone number on the tax form??

I've had a recovery ticket open with Kraken support for almost 15 months when I mistakenly sent FTM to the wrong deposit address. I have paid the recovery fee and have added the recovery address of where I would like the funds to be directed too. I am still ghosted in the chat and when I do get a reply I get "it's taken longer than expected because FTM is now delisted", although I emailed them multiple times when it was getting delisted and was told it would not be an issue. Why also did I pay a recovery fee 4 months ago? Just for Kraken to collect more money and not do anything? r/KrakenSupport Where is the support?

I’m having an issue with my account verification on Kraken and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or knows how to resolve it.

I was asked to provide source of funds information, which I submitted promptly (business proceeds & personal savings). After waiting a few days with no response, I followed up and also escalated via support chat.

I was told a specialist would respond within 24 hours, but it has now been over 48 hours with no update. My account funding and trading are currently disabled, so this delay is affecting my ability to use the platform.

I’ve already:

• Responded to the original email

• Sent a follow-up

• Escalated through chat

At this point, I’m just looking for clarity on timelines or if there’s anything else I should be doing.

Has anyone gone through something similar with Kraken? How long did it take for your verification to be completed?

I made a deposit on my account with PayPal and bought LTC with that deposit. I was informed there would be a withdrawal hold on my account, and I would like to check how much time it has left. When I try to withdraw it doesn't tell me anything about any withdrawal holds, but I wanna make sure my account doesn't have one or it expired before I enter a withdrawal address. Nowhere on my profile does it say anything about withdrawal holds, and my 'portfolio balance' is what it should be. I don't know where to see my 'available withdrawal amount', but when I try to withdraw my 'available balance' of LTC is also what it should be.

My Kraken account says: 'Some of your Kraken account services are currently unavailable. Please check your email for updates'

I didn't get any email with any updates.

I sent money from my NAB account and it wont let me send more than 1k at a time so I sent a few transfers under 1k now my account is locked. Please help me.

I have tried numerous times to verify my ID using my driving license, but you are unable to process it. I have emailed you and created a Support ticket and I still have not received a response one week on.

ich bin sehr besorgt, da meine Transaktion in ETH, die ich vor wenigen Minuten durchgeführt habe, plötzlich blockiert wurde. Ich habe eine Meldung erhalten, dass die Transaktion für 24 Stunden angehalten wird.

Es handelt sich um eine Überweisung von meinem eigenen Bankkonto auf mein vollständig verifiziertes Kraken-Konto. Ich habe alle Prüfungen abgeschlossen, die Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung aktiviert und auch Passkeys hinzugefügt. Deshalb verstehe ich nicht, warum die Transaktion gestoppt wurde.

Seit gestern ist es mir nicht mehr möglich, Kryptowährungen abzuheben. Ich verstehe nicht, woran das liegt. Bei der Erstellung meines Kontos habe ich alle Verifizierungen über einen Passkey durchgeführt. Gestern habe ich zusätzlich die Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung (2FA) aktiviert, und seitdem ist die Auszahlungsfunktion nicht mehr verfügbar.

Hello,i am reaching out because my recovery case has been ongoing since early February. I mistakenly sent a 5-figure amount of $HYPE to my Kraken account via the Hypecore network instead of Hype EVM.

It has been more than 75 days. Support recently informed me that the "engineering process is ongoing" but could not provide any ETA.

Waiting this long for such a significant amount is becoming extremely difficult for me. Has anyone else experienced this specific network error? How long did the manual recovery take?
