Why can't my 15 month old ticket get resolved? Still ghosted in chat and no progress updates.
I've had a recovery ticket open with Kraken support for almost 15 months when I mistakenly sent FTM to the wrong deposit address. I have paid the recovery fee and have added the recovery address of where I would like the funds to be directed too. I am still ghosted in the chat and when I do get a reply I get "it's taken longer than expected because FTM is now delisted", although I emailed them multiple times when it was getting delisted and was told it would not be an issue. Why also did I pay a recovery fee 4 months ago? Just for Kraken to collect more money and not do anything? r/KrakenSupport Where is the support?
