Kraken verification stuck for days after escalation – no response
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my account verification on Kraken and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or knows how to resolve it.
I was asked to provide source of funds information, which I submitted promptly (business proceeds & personal savings). After waiting a few days with no response, I followed up and also escalated via support chat.
I was told a specialist would respond within 24 hours, but it has now been over 48 hours with no update. My account funding and trading are currently disabled, so this delay is affecting my ability to use the platform.
I’ve already:
• Responded to the original email
• Sent a follow-up
• Escalated through chat
At this point, I’m just looking for clarity on timelines or if there’s anything else I should be doing.
Has anyone gone through something similar with Kraken? How long did it take for your verification to be completed?
