My Jade Gollum Needs Help
Any tips to get this to the flowering stage? Last year I was so excited because it had the flowering areas, then they dried up and never got to maturity 😭

I feel like it’s time for a trim. Or maybe just need to remove some lower leaves? She seems happy and is regularly putting out leaves, so maybe I can just leave her alone for a while?
I want her to grow big and strong but not sure how to get there!! thanks all :)
I’ve had this for about 5 years and never really done anything with it. What do I do to it? Where do I cut it? Is the pot okay(Size wise)? I love all the full bushy ones on here.
I’ve never seen this before! It’s self-propagating in its own sunburn leaf? Is that what’s going on?
I have a Gollum that's a little older than the Variegata but the trunk and branches are very firm and rigid. It doesn't sway at all when moved.
This weekend, I bought a Variegata because the trunk is just so pretty. But I noticed that the trunk is kind of wiggly.
Is this because it's younger (2 gal vs 3 gal pot)? Or is that a difference between the two varieties?
Hi, our old succulent already lost half of its leaves. The other leaves are turning brown and some bigger branches are falling off. This plant was kept inside the garage during winter and is now outside for about 3 weeks. Any idea? Before adding water, we measure the moisture of the soil.
She’s growing good but she’s a little oddly shaped bit cutting her makes me sad LOL
I bought a beautiful jade in 2020 and it has been through a series of trials. Firstly a friend overwatered it when I was away for a month and it got really bad leaf rot that I managed to revive it from (you can see where it suffered - half the plant was lost). Then I had it outside and a landscaper with a leaf blower blew it away and it lost more branches. I moved it indoors and now it’s losing branches and becoming leggy. Just moved to somewhere with more sun (I live in the woods so don’t have much really bright sun) but I’m panicking I will lose this plant. What can you suggest? I’m so sad about this.
This plant has thin wrinkly leaves and is shedding leaves too. Apparently that’s a sign of under watering.
When repotting it seemed rotted at the base of the stem. The rotten bit was removed, keeping some roots attached, and I moved it into a smaller pot with a ton of rooting powder. I’ve put the pot into a very bright window too. Have I done the right thing?
Hi all, my jade has started changing from a strong waxy green to this purple hue and wrinkled look. I’ve seen similar posts on here and while it could be sun blushing, I’m worried as it’s started sprouting new roots on the trunk? Is it rotting?
I’ve included some pics of the soil and the window where it gets a lot of light.
Did I do a rookie mistake years ago putting it in a pot too low down so it grew up and not out to get light?
Any other tips on how to make it healthy? I don’t want to repot if it’s going to stress it more.
Should I attach it to a bigger stick and let it grow vertically?
Has one long branch on one side? Any overall advice for the 2nd plant?
Just trying to get some advice on my jade. I feel like it’s growing really well but the base is not getting thicker, it just seems to be growing taller no matter how much I prune it. I have resorted to tying a string around the stems to keep it from leaning too much when it starts getting too heavy before I prune again but not sure what else to do yet it to grow a bigger base. Any advice would be super appreciated. All my other jades are props from this mother jade
Hi everyone! I recently started working in a new office and we have two jade plants about this size! I believe they are 35+ years old. I was told to water weekly, about .5 gallon. The pot is probably 18 inches and the plant is about 4 feet diameter.
Is this a good amount of water and how would I go about trimming this? Thank you so much!
I live in zone 8b and like to bring my Jades outside in the summer. Lately we've had daytime temps around 15-20°C / 60-68° F so out they go. I'm wondering at what temps I can leave them out overnight. Some are bigger, sturdier plants and some are babies in wee little pots. I'm pretty sure we're past the last frost. The next 10 days should have nighttime lows of between 2°C / 36°F (seems too dangerously close to freezing for them) and 8°C / 46°F. I've heard some say once it's consistently above 10°C / 50°F at night they can live outside.
What's your experience with this?
Pic for interest, I got this lovely lady last week for €3 from a neighborhood Whatsapp plant group, gotta love a deal like that! 🤩
My jade tree's leaves have been drying and falling off. Does anyone know how to fix this? I water regularly and just repotted.
