So there is a neebsgaming youtooz that just got listed for $207. The seller is from China which Ive always heard to avoid. The seller has 100% positive feedback with 360 reviews. They have 3,000 other items listed mostly youtooz it looks like. Do you think I can trust this person. Also this youtooz is very hard to come by and sales range from $200 to about $800 so I would love to get it for $200

Edit: The photos are stock photos but I messaged the seller for an actual picture and they quick respond with a picture of multiple youtooz one of which is the neebsgaming one

I have a package that I ordered back in the beginning of February that is still on its way through Asendia and its daughter company Broad Reach to Montreal. Absolutely terrible service. It crossed the border February 20th and it sat for a month until March 30th it went to Missisauga Ontario from Burlington Ontario, a 30 minute drive took 1 month and 10 days to move. It has not moved since.

The item I ordered is discontinued, so even after receiving my refund I was still upset. I emailed the company and was repeatedly ignored, until I commented on their linkedIn which forced them to reach out. They reassured me but i am still at a loss of patience.

Luckily I found somebody else selling the same item, no more left on eBay... and guess who is the shipper?? ASENDIA USA! Looks like the second time around its also a crap show, because it's supposed to arrive in 4 days but it hasn't even crossed the border.

So I had a new and sealed switch 2 game on for 5 days and it ended earlier today, about 2 hours before it ended someone asked me if it was authentic, which it is - I bought it from John Lees and has been on my shelf untouched since

The pictures I had on the listing he ran through some AI checker thing and it said it’s likely it’s been resealed

He then asked me for more pictures and a receipt

I sent him more phones and the receipt and I also check about half a dozen of other people who are selling it sealed and the sealing on it all look exactly the same

I’ve sold on eBay for over 20 years and have got 100% positive

He eventually won the auction but hasn’t paid yet

Looking into his profile - he is selling the exact same game at moment amongst other switch 2 game and other bits

Like I said he hasn’t paid yet so should I be worried about anything here yet?

I sold a brand new wig to a buyer on EBay and it was delivered yesterday. Today I got a notification that she wanted to return - despite my listings saying no returns - because it wasn’t the item I listed.

I posted photos from the manufacturer since it was new AND I posted photos of the PHYSICAL wig. I posted several. The sides, ends, front, roots, every single angle.

And that’s what I explained to the buyer. She then admittedly said she didn’t look at all the photos and that the manufacturer photo being there is deceptive.

All of the pictures were there, but she only looked at one and purchased it immediately.

She refuses to cancel her return request even after admitting she was wrong. She sent a picture of what she got and obviously it’s the same wig which I advised her of. Except now it looks like a wadded ragged up mess. I don’t know what she’s done to it. Not sure if she tried doing something and messed up so now she wants to return it.

What can I do as a seller to protect myself? I don’t want a damaged item back and she isn’t responding. She won’t cancel. I don’t want to lose the funds.

selling on E-bay has been going well this season but my inventory storage bins are getting completely out of hand with mother’s day sales picking up. i need to print professional GR codes, barcodes, price tags and bin labels straight from spreadsheet data that work cleanly on avery sheets and thermal printers. the free tools always look amateur and the basic software keeps having alignment issues. anyone selling on E-bay found good tips or software for printing professional labels for inventory and storage bins that actually look clean and scan well?

I’m buying my first gaming PC (budget around €750) and found an eBay listing from “my-gaming-deals.” The specs look solid at first glance, all components are listed with exact models, and the price seems pretty good.

Still unsure if the seller is actually reliable or if there are common risks with these kinds of eBay PC deals.

Has anyone had experience with this seller or can tell me what I should watch out for?

I ordered something on eBay. Got the wrong item. Shipped it back under "received wrong item" with the label eBay provided. It was delivered to their international hub (they're in America, I'm in Canada) on April 1st. eBay says that I should get my refund by today, but I haven't gotten it.

I reached out to the seller and they said the refund should have been processed upon delivery. They sent screenshots and on their end, it says that it's an "eBay managed return: They're handling this return on the seller's behalf as part of eBay International Shipping. The seller doesn't need to do anything else and won't be responsible for this refund." But for me, it says that "my item is being inspected by the seller and I should receive a refund soon," and that it's "awaiting seller response." But the item isn't even with the seller -- it's with an eBay hub and will be staying there.

I tried calling the eBay number but it's based in the US and they want my ZIP code, which I don't have (Canada uses postal codes) so I just get stuck in a loop of, "I didn't quite catch that. What's your ZIP code?" Once I finally break out of the loop and the AI just asks what I want, I say I want to speak to an agent, and it goes, "I'm currently unable to transfer you to an agent. Please see our contact page. Goodbye" and hangs up on me. So I tried asking the AI chat on the contact us page to connect me with an agent; they said I'd get a call in about 31 minutes but it's been nearly two hours.

On a return article it says I can ask eBay to step in with the "Ask eBay to step in and help" option on my order, but I've looked everywhere and that option doesn't exist, probably because it says that "I can ask them to step in and help once tracking shows the item was delivered to the seller more than 2 business days ago." It was delivered 7 business days ago, but not to the seller.

I want my $180 back. What do I do? TIA!

Im located in Canada. I sold a book a week ago to someone in the US, I list it using the Canada Post service that is in the eBay Shipping system. Buyer pays, I print the label and it gets shipped to the eBay shipping hub - zero issues.

Fast forward to a week later. I sell a 2nd copy of the exact same book again to someone in the US. it says I can again list with Canada Post so I do this. The buyer pays - only this time there is ZERO option to purchase the Canada Post shipping label. The buyer paid for Canada Post but only FedEx and UPS are showing up at a WAY bigger shipping cost, bigger than the buyer paid for.

I contact eBay and they tell me Canada Post is not available to ship to the US. I tell them thats impossible as I shipped the exact same book last week purchasing a Canada Post label through the ebay Shipping system.

Long story short - they didnt know what to say, told me to inform the buyer that the purchase needs to be cancelled do to the increased shipping cost??

I literally lost a sale because Canada Post is a shipping option that is marked available to use but apparently isn't???

I ordered a phone case off of eBay and when it arrived I tried it on my phone and found that the seller listed the type of phone wrong, so it didn’t fit. I started a return and it was accepted and it says my money is being sent, but I can’t find a way to return it. No shipping label or option to buy one. I’ve never had to return anything on eBay so I’m not sure how it works, I’ve only bought and sold.

I purchased an item from an eBay seller. Eventually, the tracking information showed the item to have been delivered by UPS - except it wasn't. If you look at the tracking information, the entries make no sense. First it shows the item received at the UPS facility in Kentucky, not in North Carolina where the seller is from. There are other "entires" along the way leading to a final delivery just 7 hours later. I don't think so. That is physically impossible. And the proof of delivery shows Received by - OVANDO, I have no idea who that might be if anyone. Also the "proof" shows Delivery Location - DOCK. Sorry, my address is not Dock, nor do I have one. Never underestimate the creativity of the criminal mind. It looks like the perpetrator hacked the UPS site and entered in some fake tracking info. Pending my appeal, eBay sided with the seller saying the "The seller provided tracking information that shows the item was delivered to your address." and closed the case. This is total nonsense. Anyone with a brain can easily see the tracking info was falsified. Has anyone ever heard of a scenario like this? eBay had better fix this or legal action is coming.

I made a sale, it went through, item was delivered, and got positive feedback. It’s been a week now, and they haven’t released anything. I am a newer seller, but I made a sale a few months ago and the funds were released in full the moment I dropped the item off at the post office.

What gives?

Anything I can do as a seller or am I SOL and need to proceed with the refund?

i have had 2 sales that have had issues with eBay purchased labels and not having tracking numbers updated. eBay says they are aware of, and addressing the issues

I made a purchase on eBay using Klarna for a Spider-Man figure. The total is about $350, but the first payment was $251. The Klarna app shows the payment went through, and the seller has shipped the item, but it's not showing up on my transaction history.

I contacted my bank, and they said the transaction was reversed, so what do I do? I don't want to cheat the seller out of their money, and I don't want to get in trouble with Klarna for theft or something.

Any help would be appreciated.

Longtime buyer-seller. Buy a ton of stuff on eBay. In the last month alone, 4 or 5 sellers have just straight up not shipped stuff I've paid for and have forced me to go through eBay to get my money back. What on earth is going on? In the decade I've been on eBay I can remember, vaguely, maybe a single instance where I had a related issue.

Is this just a fluke, or this uptick somehow explainable?

We have a large catalog of items that I wanted to all upload onto ebay. However, our ebay account is brand new and we haven't sold any items on there before. Current limit is $750,000.

Trying to figure out if anyone has succesfully gotten a listing limit increased with a brand new account and if there's any specific trick or information I should provide to ebay?

I have the link to submit a request, but I just want to make sure I have all of my ducks in a row before sending them the request and not missing anything.

My only other thought is to reduce the quantity availability of each item to get under the selling limit that way.

I am a small casual seller. One of my items on sale shows “ active offer” for a week now. How to review this offer? No one sent me an offer, I understand this was my offer to the interested buyer. I thought offers like this last 3 days. This one shows for a week and does not go away. How to review it?
I see I can open a tub with my offers as a Buyer, but where are Seller‘s Offers?

Hi everyone, I need urgent help with a tricky seller.

I received a counterfeit battery (confirmed fake, no branding/safety marks). Before accepting the return, the seller tried to gaslight me for days, denying the evidence and making excuses.

The situation right now:

• They finally "accepted" the return but did not provide a prepaid shipping label. They only provided their address.
• I am now stuck on the "Ship the item back" page. It says "insert the shipping code".
• I’m totally fine with shipping it back, but I refuse to pay for it since it's a counterfeit/Item Not As Described case.
• Today (April 10th) is the deadline to ask eBay to step in. However, when I go to the "Help" section, it tells me to go to the "Return Details" page to click the "Ask eBay to step in" button... but the button is simply not there.

The system seems to be stuck because the seller technically "accepted" the return, even though they are refusing to provide the mandatory label.

How can I force an intervention? Has anyone dealt with this "missing button" glitch when a seller refuses to provide a label?
