18 days and counting. Jean Paul Gaultier playing games with my Scandal order. WTAF.

Ordered April 1. Estimated delivery April 19. Today is April 19. Nothing.

No updates. No apology. No perfume.

So let me ask the tough questions since this company clearly won't answer them:

  1. How is “Estimated Delivery April 19” legally binding in any universe when it’s literally the 19th and my package is apparently still in a warehouse on Mars?

  2. Why even give an estimated date if you’re just gonna light it on fire and laugh at me?

  3. Do they think I ordered this perfume for my great-grandchildren’s graduation? Because at this rate, that’s who’ll be opening it.

  4. Is “Scandal” the name of the fragrance or the shipping department’s internal motto?

  5. How many business days does it take to move a 100ML bottle from “Label Created” to my front door? 18? 30? The heat death of the universe?

  6. Did my package get intercepted by the actual Jean Paul Gaultier himself so he could personally test it for 3 weeks?

  7. At what point does “delayed” become “we lost it and hope you forget”?

  8. Why is “View Details” the biggest lie on the internet? Because the details are: no one knows where your order is, and we don’t care.

I’m not frustrated. I’m scandalized. Pun absolutely intended.

No response from customer support

I recently received a Seiko mod Daytona watch when I ordered a month ago. I went to seiko store to get strap adjusted and he refused to do saying it’s NOT a Seiko watch. I wanted to return the watch for which I contacted customer support on WhatsApp. There’s no reply from them. Poor service.

Ordered from Culture Circle on March 3 — still no delivery, no clear update

Dear Culture Circle Support Team,

I am writing to formally escalate the ongoing delay concerning my order placed on March 3 (Order ID: 26030317442996), which has yet to be delivered and for which I have not received any clear or consistent updates.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue—including direct contact with Harshith, who assured me of transparent communication regarding any developments—I have yet to receive any meaningful follow-up. As a result, I remain completely uninformed regarding the status of my order.

Currently, I do not have:
- A confirmed order status
- A dispatch or delivery timeline
- A clear explanation for the delay

This prolonged delay, coupled with the lack of communication, is unacceptable.

Please consider this my final escalation regarding this matter. I request an immediate and comprehensive update on the following:
- The current status of my order
- The confirmed dispatch and delivery timeline
- The reason for the delay

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to pursue legal action and escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer protection channels.

I sincerely hope to resolve this amicably and without further escalation. I urge you to address this matter as a priority.

I am writing to formally notify you that this is my last communication before I proceed with serving a legal notice against Culture Circle.

My order (ID: 26040121475418) has been delayed in an entirely unacceptable and unprofessional manner. Despite repeated attempts to seek resolution, I have received no adequate response or support from your customer service team. This level of negligence is both frustrating and completely unacceptable.

I am hereby demanding one of the following, immediately:

1.	Delivery of my order within a clearly communicated and guaranteed timeframe, OR

2.	A full refund processed without any further delay.

Please be advised that if neither of the above is fulfilled promptly, I will have no option but to treat this continued inaction as an act of theft and will pursue this matter with the appropriate legal and consumer protection authorities without any further notice.

Ordered the Mystery Box at ₹9,999 (Guaranteed Sneaker + 5 Apparel worth ₹21,999) from Culture Circle on 25 Feb 2026.

Order ID: 26022512004782

Estimated delivery date was 15 March 2026. It has now been over a month late with absolutely no proper update on my order.

All I keep getting are fake sounding emails and WhatsApp updates saying things like:

- Verification

- Authentication

- Ready to Ship

- Batch 1 delivered

- Batch 2 delivered

- Batch 7 and 8 delivered

But no actual update on my own order.

Support has been useless and keeps giving the same copy-paste replies without any clarity.

At this point, I no longer want the order. I want Order ID 26022512004782 to be cancelled immediately and a full refund to be processed.

Please confirm:

Order cancellation

Refund amount

Refund initiation date

Expected timeline for the refund to reflect

Please do not send any more generic or automated replies. I need a proper resolution immediately.

Either need a final update with a shipping information or want full refund

This is not at all acceptable

According to your app: Order has not even started processing yet.

Tried asking about my order to Amit Singh who contacted me on behalf of culture circle, but he ignored me and was only interested in new orders for items on sale.

I am not kidding, I ordered something for my kids from an international website on 10/03/2026 and I already have them in my hands.

This is beyond i could have expected from you for my 1st order.

Order #26032607355115: Cancellation ignored, HDFC Bank Dispute Case #38771477 Raised

I am posting this as a final record of my attempt to resolve Order #26032607355115.

Ignored Cancellation: I requested a cancellation via WhatsApp at 5:04 PM, well within the permitted window. Your automated system failed to create a support ticket ("I could not create a ticket due to some reason").

Verification Delay: The order is stuck in "Verification Under Process," yet my request to stop the order is being ignored.

Bank Action: Due to the lack of response and suspicion regarding product authenticity (priced 60% below retail), I have officially filed a Transaction Dispute with HDFC Bank (Ref: 38771477) for 'Services Not Rendered'.

Notice: Do not ship this item. I have already instructed the bank that I will be refusing delivery at the doorstep. Any attempt to ship after a valid cancellation request will be used as further evidence in my bank chargeback case.

Process the refund immediately to close this dispute.
