Placed the order 1.5 months ago and still no update

Tried connecting to their support on WhatsApp but only kept receiving bots to answer me

Either need a final update with a shipping information or want full refund

This is not at all acceptable

Taking almost 2 months to fullfill a simple order is not acceptable at all
