Dear Culture Circle,

My order number : 26030413072629 , was placed on 04/03/2026 , it has been 25 days and i still have no idea where is my order and when it will be shipped.

According to your app: Order has not even started processing yet.

Tried asking about my order to Amit Singh who contacted me on behalf of culture circle, but he ignored me and was only interested in new orders for items on sale.

I am not kidding, I ordered something for my kids from an international website on 10/03/2026 and I already have them in my hands.

This is beyond i could have expected from you for my 1st order.

Right now, I want transparency from your team regarding my order,

what happened to my order?

when will it be shipped?

is this normal for your company ?
