Any good parks with close bathrooms nearby? Just wanna walk and enjoy nature, but my wife has IBS and we can't go where bathrooms are too sparse or non-existent.

With this health problem we can't go on long walks together without a bathroom nearby so any recommendations? We live in the general north St Paul area.
