Does anyone recognize the makers mark? American made coin silver spoon. Marked "C.O. ☆"
Spent $245 today at the flea market (spread between like 20 vendors) ended up with ~7g 14k gold (plus a ring that is 14k but resin filled, probably around 1 gram of gold in that ring) 162g 925, and 73g coin silver.

Paid $10 for 5.7 grams of 14k gold at an antique show today.
I made a $400 offer on an item last Tuesday when it was listed and the seller declined. After 7 days, my winning bid was only $60. Seller shipped the item yesterday and it is currently at the usps distribution center. Seller just messaged me demanding that I pay him $350 to equal what I initially offered. I responded with "he should have accepted my original offer and I won the auction fair and square". He has now started spam messaging me and it's getting annoying. Any advice on what I should do?
I currently have a kee gold tester and it works very well.... however, this morning, I went to order a new testing pen for it and learned that the machine itself has been discontinued. Since the machine is discontinued, I assume the pens will eventually become unavailable as well. I'm planning to eventually upgrade testers anyway so I would like opinions on which machine to switch to. I don't handle huge amounts of gold jewelry, maybe 100 grams per month, so purchasing a new xrf isn't feasible (I had a older xrf machine for awhile... picked it up cheap from a pawn shop that closed down, but I ended up breaking it.)
