Picked up 114 pieces of Fiesta today for $100 (a few bowls and mugs are already in the dishwasher).

Found them at Goodwill Outlet so I just paid for weight. Wasn’t sure what I had so I put them up for auction on eBay- there was a bidding war and I ended up with $210. I needed the money at the time, but I wish I had them back, I think about them all the time. Collecting is way more fun than selling!
I was browsing Facebook marketplace and was looking at a single Edward doll in my area for $50 when I saw this listing had been posted within the last 24 hours. Still can’t believe my luck!!! Pic taken after I cleaned them up as the boxes were filthy and a bit beat up. Dolls are in very good condition despite the boxes. Left to right: Rosalie Twilight Saga, Edward Twilight, Alice Eclipse, Victoria Eclipse, Jane Eclipse.

I got there early as folks were still setting up. A giant communal garage sale / flea market in the 9th. Took home the green enamel art deco lunch box, the crystal cordial glasses, and the gran marnier gien plate. A handful of 45s too.
While watching True Detective for the third time a couple of years ago, I thought to myself lI want that mug.” They were selling on eBay for $30-$50 so I left it at that. Found this one for $3 yesterday at my favorite thrift shop!

Been eyeing one of these for ages after I realized my jewlery box was way to small. Just my luck for this beauty to show up, just needs a bit of refurbishing but that will be for a later date.

Sharing a recent find. A signed Anthony Burrill print titled "This Is The Modern World," lyrics from the British band The Jam. It was part of an exhibit in Somerset house, London. I was quite surprised to find out his work is also in the museum.
