Just used a silver spoon, it tastes so weird compared to stainless.

For context i bought a silver spoon to see if it tasted better, it does. I tried it with soup first. You know that weird metal dust taste you get when using stainless? Its like that but more.. i dont know how to put it in words. Its different though

Picked this sterling fork up at the Goodwill Bins today. We just like collecting interesting things in general. This fits the bill. Does anyone know what this style of fork would have been intended for?

S.G. Silver made in England bowl-help identifying

Purchased at a thrift shop. 2 bowls with same design. Any information is greatly appreciated. I would like to clean them but will hold off if they are actually valuable.

I inherited this, and it is still in its original carrying box with tags. I sent pictures to AntiqueCupboard and they offered $4k. I did the same with Bonhams that wants to start the bidding at $1600. I am not too sure what to do.

The first image is a German silverware set by WMF, probably from around 1970. It's already been used but is in good condition. I only had very limited time to take these images, so please excuse the quality/lighting. As far as the other spoons/forks, I have no idea what I'm looking at in particular, but I'm assuming they are much older. Let me know if you can share any info on these. Thanks!

Google lens did not pop up any exact matches. And there are no hallmarks. Kind of hoping it’s stainless steel, but it is in a box with mostly silver plate. It’s kind of a hodgepodge box though
