Amazon is becoming unusable

Sorry but I just have to rant somewhere, I bought a monitor on Amazon but I accidentally got a used monitor, I assumed It was new because it was the same price as a new monitor, which is the whole point of buying used to save some money, I check with Amazon customer service chat to see if I had indeed accidentally bought a used monitor because listing that on the orders page would be to dangerous??? anyways they tell me it's "new and good condition" it was not "new and good condition" so I send it back everyone's time and energy wasted

I decide I want to complain to someone who might give a shit, so after spending about 5 mins going I circles looking for the option for a phone call I get ahold of someone, he gives me a number to call, I type it in to a search engine and got a bunch of "scam" it didn't feel right so I call back to say hey I think this guy tried to scam me, at the risk of sounding a little racist can I please talk to someone in my own damn country I'm really getting tired of talking to Indians and AI chat bots

I think I'd rather kill myself than deal with Amazon customer service again

Also I'm tired of unrelated listings on my search results, it doesn't seem to matter if I search for some by name it'll always be at least 5 listings down from things I don't want

I don't really care if anyone reads this I just needed to voice my frustration even if it's to a wall

How robust is the Logitech software, if I were moving from razer to Logitech what might my experience be like?

Does Logitech software support rotation compensation

Can i map analog inputs to the mouse buttons?

Does the Viper V4 pro's optical switches allow for analog inputs? Like how I can map analog inputs to the Tartarus V2 Pro

Also is the rotation compensation exclusive to certain mice because I have seen that option for my basilisk

I want to get a BSB but I'm not very knowledgeable about VR, I know I need base stations and HTC is really my only option, but do I need trackers? I've seen people slapping trackers on their headsets which is goofy af but it also kind of defeats the purpose of the BSB imo

Do I need trackers for controllers? Will different controllers work with HTC base stations or do I need HTC controllers?

looking at new monitors to replace my Original G9 and I'm thinking about regular 21:9 UW, I'm looking at the MSI 341CPQX it's got almost everything I want except for its UWQHD, I don't know why companies are so stingy with vertical pixels

Does anyone have this monitor, has anyone made the switch from 32 to 21:9? thoughts?

I've been gaming on PC for a long time and in that time I've almost exclusively used razer products, I probably wouldn't game in PC if it wasn't for their gaming keypads, I started with the orbweaver all the way up to the Tartarus V2 Pro and in all that time I've been waiting for a keypad with a true analog stick, well I'm not waiting anymore because I recently bought an azeron Keyzen and it blows razers offerings out of the water, I payed nearly 400$ U.S dollars for it money I'd happily have given to Razer if you would only compete
