Alas, it's not the mouse itself in the box. I was amazed Google reverse image search found nothing! I found one or two similar era boxes, but I can't find this one. Curious about any info!
Hi, my first post ever.
I’m wondering if said console is good for boosting office workflow.
Currently I got Mx Keys s and Mx master 3S. I use logi options + A LOT (i really love this system)
Will it be good for things like shortcuts : pasting texts etc.?
I know it can open apps but i want it for getting more done.
Thank You for your time.
Purchased a second hand z906 a couple months ago ago and only went to set it up today. Turned on for about 10 seconds made a click noise then turned off. I opened up the back hoping to find a fuse of sorts and to my surprise found this mess. I’m guessing it’s not meant to be like that?
Hey, I am using MX and ERGO for business and the Bolt receiver is on the laptop behind my 30inch LCD.... Technically the receiver is just about 30cm away from eyes and guess what, I can sense severe lagging and stuttering, many times I have to watch they are doing ghosty "llllllllllaaggggggg" on the screen and ask myself why I have to pay for these? I have searched on the reddit and found to use a USB 2.0 port for a receiver may be a solution, but again I can't find a warning on the packaging suggesting buyers to have USB 2.0 ports before buying.

I honestly don’t understand how something so well-designed can fail at something so basic.
I have an MX Master 3S, an amazing piece of hardware… but Logitech’s software is a nightmare. Every now and then it just breaks: settings get lost or the mouse stops behaving properly… and there’s nothing you can do but wait for Logitech to “fix it” so everything goes back to normal.
And the worst part is that feeling of helplessness… you’re working normally, in your flow, and out of nowhere everything falls apart because of the software. This isn’t new, it’s not rare, and yet it keeps happening.
It’s frustrating to pay for a premium product and have to deal with such basic issues. It completely kills your workflow.
Is anyone else dealing with this or am I just unlucky?

Going to be buying a new pair of gaming headphones soon. Any recommendations?
Recently on my computer when I login I’ve noticed my keyboard isn’t showing the colours that I’ve set it to so I launch the Logitech g hub and I’m getting a message some of the time but not all the time that basically says that some of the files are missing and it’s making me reinstall the app does anyone know why or how to stop this?
Hello there I am currently using a Logitech x2 superstrike on razer strider and I can't for now change skates or mousepad so which puck you would recommend using on that pad, that with L on it or without?
Also which is faster?
Any idea why Ring Actions comes out all greyed out when hovering over active apps on MacOS?
Used G403 wireless for a long time and it fit me perfectly. My experience with Basilisk V3 Pro is pretty bad — grip feels off, my ring finger just kinda floats and after some time my wrist starts hurting.
Now I’m deciding between G Pro Wireless (Lightspeed) and G502X. GPW felt the most natural to me since it’s symmetrical, but I’m worried G502X will feel the same as Basilisk since the shape is very similar.
Anyone had a similar experience?
I want to preface this by saying I have never ever been upset enough to shame a company on Reddit, especially one that I have been a long time loyal customer of, and have time and time again given them my stamp of approval. I have owned at least 4 G502s, MX Keys, MX Mechanicals, and MX Master 1/3S/4.
I've owned my MX Master 4 for 6 months now and it developed charging issues (won't charge despite countless cables, adapters) about three months ago, and that's when I reached out to support hoping to get some help. I've tried all the avenues (email, online chat, phone) to get a solution in place, and all they come back with is:
>Unfortunately, we were not able to validate the receipt from the retailer. Without a valid itemized copy of your proof of purchase we cannot proceed with your claim and have no choice but to reject it. If you wish to provide a valid receipt/invoice as requested, we will reopen your claim.
They provide no reason as to why the receipt is invalid; however, during one of my exchanges, the agent told me it is because my proof of payment does not have my name:
>(6:29:36 am) Bushraa: It should at least contain your name on it, as owner. We need this to confirm proof of ownership for the product.
I purchased this from a physical Best Buy store, and it will never have my name on the receipt. They never ask for client-lookup information.
I'm fed up. They just reply with this copy-paste blurb, providing no guidance as to next steps. I've received this response at least 6 times now. Not to mention, each response takes about 7 business days to respond, and sometimes never unless I escalate the ticket via chat. This is by far the WORST customer service I've experienced in a long time. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy and I refuse to recommend and support a company who could care less about customer satisfaction.
