I know it’s been a year since the Zephyr lawsuit, and I did foolishly buy one, I thought it looked cool, advertised N95, and bought it at the second or so drop. But I’ve yet to receive any refund or check. Are other people still waiting or should I contact the FTC?

hey quick question, me and my partner are upgrading to wireless keyboards , now our computers are pretty close to each other what are the chances of the dongles interfering with each other? Thanks, another thing of note is my GF has a basalisk Mouse with a wireless charging dongle and from the information i can obtain the keyboard will connect to that as well , is this true. cheers

I just moved from the Blackwidow Ultimate since some of the switches were starting to fail. I'm having a hard time adjusting to having a row of keys to the left on the keyboard and keep naturally placing my hand in the wrong position (q caps a s instead of wasd) and pressing the wrong button combos (windows key + m4 instead of alt + tab).

Anyone else experience this? It's getting frustrating

Hello everyone. I’m not audio or tech savvy for that matter. I just bought the razer v3 (non pro) headset for Xbox. I can’t find really anything online pairing these with Dolby on Xbox x. I ONLY play Warzone so footsteps are important. I read some places to have Dolby on game mode with performance mode turned off if I’m using a custom profile for cod that came on my headset chip. Then others say have it on? I tried the synapse 4 app on pc but every custom eq I make will not save to my actual headset when I play on my Xbox. I’ve tried leaving my headset on default and used some custom eq profiles on Dolby everything seems way way too loud. It’s really frustrating. I know everyone’s hearing is different but if anyone is audio savvy I’d greatly appreciate some help with this. If not have a wonderful day anyway.

TLDR, my blade 16 2024 w/ 14900hx is encountering stability issue recently. No thermal warning just directly blowing up at my face without even windows hardware event logging. Seems classic stability issue.

Applied the latest BIOS update that finally update the micocode, and now it seems stable again. (We'll see...)

I’m curious if my basilisk v3 pro can pair with multiple dongles? I have the primary one in my pc but want to use on my work pc as well. I won’t be using them simultaneously. For some reason, Bluetooth won’t pair with my work pc but does on personal just fine. Other devices can Bluetooth to my work laptop.

I just want to use this one mouse cause I love the feel of it. Anyone know if this is possible to get a second dongle for the work laptop without having to do a pair each time?

I realize I could just swap the dongle out when moving machines

Does anyone know how to fix mouse buttons not holding properly? The RMB on my Razer Naga 2014 cannot be held, it acts like I am spamming it at random intervals when I try to hold it down, which makes most games extremely hard to play. I can't find any other posts anywhere that have this problem, either.

I know it's an old mouse, but it's all I have, and this is the only problem with it. Any advice?

I'm I pressed the buttons twice all of them and nothings happening.

Regarding the little DPI switching button right next to the scroll wheel.
Why not replace the DPI button with a little tiny landmine that would shred your finger phalanx if you accidentally press it? Sure, there would be many lawsuits, but it would at least improve this IDIOTIC design.
Or, just make the impossible-to-deactivate DPI button stab the user with a lancet instead? It would be an improvement. Has anyone anywhere needed to switch DPI ever, after tuning mouse sensitivity to what they are comfortable with? God-awful idiotic design.

Hello recently bought a new Razer Huntsman mini keyboard and one key doing ringing sound, how can i remove them??

I have a Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro and I’m trying to set up a Ripple lighting effect that only activates when I press the F key. However, I can’t seem to get it working properly. Either the ripple effect only shows on the F key itself, or every key on the keyboard ends up triggering the effect.

Is there a way to make this work ?
