I’ve been keeping my hair long and straight for a long time. Where I live it gets extremely humid in summer and super dry in winter, so managing my hair is pretty challenging.
I get it straightened regularly and trim the ends little by little to prevent split ends. Still, if I slack off it quickly gets frizzy and the ends start flying around.
I think my hair is in decent condition these days but I’d love your honest opinion. Tell me what you think!
I’ll also share the products I use often. Let me know if I’m using them right or if you have better recommendations!
<Hair Mask: TSUBAKI Premium Hair Mask>
This is my go-to. It’s seriously so good haha. The texture is lighter than I expected so it’s easy to use even as a daily mask. The only downside is the price. If it were cheaper I’d use it all the time! A lot of people around me use this too.
<Hair Serum: Mise En Scene Perfect Serum Original>
My hair is much better now but when it was longer the ends used to be really frizzy and would catch when brushing. This serum helps smooth everything out nicely. I thought the rich formula would feel heavy but it’s actually quite light and doesn’t leave much stickiness. The scent isn’t overpowering either.
<Hair Cream: L'Oreal Paris Elvive Dream Lengths No Haircut Cream>
I bought this after almost finishing my TSUBAKI mask.
It works better if I leave it on like a hair pack for a while before rinsing instead of washing it out immediately. My hair gets so soft and smooth! But it might feel too rich for people with oily scalps. Great for extremely damaged hair. The scent is a bit love or hate though.
