How reliable are these and is therr actually different in crema?

Hello, question i had to take emergency leave because of a death ever since it had messed with me but i never spoke up on how that effected my mental health till i seperation.
Was always keeping things to my self heres earlier post.

I never talked about my mental health until but its documented i had to take emergency leave that’s probably the only proof i have.
Also i speaked with my mental health provider at va.
Was given one and i just told my story, so thats my story and now i have va statements and story and dr told me im gona have to go through steps to help me
I have to through examiner/c&p right for disability?
Also how is mh for veterans? Like how will it help me if i always believed that nobody can help me.
Hence why i never talked about it durong my service and came forward until now.

To many of these youtubers all say they do nexus letter, did you use any? Or who did you contact.
Pretty much have alot information on my visits that say it happened during my service also if that helps. But vs denies it.
Im so conflicted, if i get 65” ill prob sit far away from my desk or something lol.
