I essentially just got fired for no reason other than "We have too many people"
I don't understand how the flairs work so it could be wrong
(this is for a job) So I recently joined a GroupMe where we could send in availability (no interview required), and they MIGHT (first infuriating part) schedule in for the day(s) you said you are available. I joined a few weeks ago and I asked when I could work like as soon as I joined. I went, got trained, worked for only two shifts. Last week when they asked for availability I WAS THE FIRST TO RESPOND. didn't get it. This week, sent my availability (was not first to respond tho). DIDN'T FUCKING GET IT AND PEOPLE WHO WENT LAST WEEK GOT THIS WEEK????? And then I asked how I could come more consistently and someone responded with this. WHY THE FUCK DID I JOIN????? I AM REALLY GOOD AT BRINGING/GRABBING THE FOOD (it's a concession stand) AND THE ONLY THINGS I AM NOT GOOD AT ARE MY LEAST PRACTICED THINGS. NOT TO FUCKING MENTION I'VE ONLY HAD TO FUCKING SHIFTS.
