34 [F4M] Minneapolis MN I'm so freaking lonely and want to talk to someone CUTE in my area 30+

Please don't message me if you're younger than 30. You will be ignored.

34 F and currently in Rochester. Dealing with a broken heart and want distraction. I want someone cute to text throughout the day. If we vibe then maybe hangout in person.

I'm into weightlifting so it would be cool to find friends with that interest. I have a dark personality and sense of humor so don't be easily offended.

Things I like: weightlifting, art, crafting, museums, documentaries, antique shops, cooking for friends, thrifting, horror movies, true crime and cults, video games, music, tattoos to name a few.

I'm not into religion and don't want to discuss politics but I'm left leaning.

If we have anything in common then message me and tell me what we have in common. Must share pics too.

For anyone that has the cold-like symptoms from Caplyta...

How long is this shit going to last? I increased my dose Tuesday (2 weeks ago), by Saturday I had a sore throat then the congestion and coughing up green mucus, fatigue and feeling run down. By last week on Tuesday she lowered my dose back down and I'm still dealing with all of it, just as bad as the beginning.

I'm sick of this (literally). What have your experiences been like?

You know you're in a cult when the "community" website has an entire page dedicated to responding to criticism

Does anyone know about these guys? I've searched on here and found a little info but from years ago.

My friend is in the Wisconsin branch (I don't remember the town name) and wants me to come visit lol. I'm afraid of getting recruited though.

I'm 35 and have a BS in Biomedical Sciences. I've been working in the medical field in various positions but all have been working in labs.

I've discovered a passion in fitness/bodybuilding and I've been thinking a career change. I'm looking into PT school but I'm not sure it's even a good option for me at this point.

I graduated in 2020 with my degree and while I have all of the pre requisets, most (maybe all?) will be expired by the time I can apply. Majority of the programs have a 7-10 year limit on how old your pre reqs can be and my oldest ones were in 2015. I'd have to invest a year+ into retaking those along with the 2-3 years of PT school.

Another option I was looking into is PT Assistant which is something I'm interested in. I've got a lot of value to add to that type of work and being able to help others become better versions of themselves is something I want out of a career. The pay is mediocre (~$60k) but it's enough for me to live off of and be comfortable. What's more important to me is just having a career that is fulfilling and I'm passionate about and a job that I don't hate.

I'm just so tired of being in school at this point. I've spent 6 years between community colleges (3 of them) and university getting my BS and spent (wasted) another year in a program that I ended up being miserable in and withdrew.

Anyone have advice to offer? PT school seems nice but it's investing a lot of time and money into retaking classes and I don't even know if I'd get in 1st, 2nd round... I just don't want to feel like I'm settling for the "easier" option which is just a 1.5 year community college program.

I'm in the US (Minnesota to be specific) in case that's relevant but don't plan on staying here.

Hi, this is my first project and it's just a mini kit from Michaels. I want to make sure I'm doing it the best way to minimize the bulkiness of the back (pictured).

I believe I'm using the Continental stitch. When I start a new color I leave a tail and stitch over it to anchor it. When I finish my thread I push it through the other stitches in the back. It's getting very bulky. My concern is the fact that I'm supposed to put felt and cardboard on the back of this and I worry it's not going to look good. The kit came with a mini easel to the display it and I'm worried about it being too big/thick to stay on the easel.

Can someone let me know the best way to minimize the bulkiness?

I'm interested in abnormal psychology and have recently been wanting to learn about children/adolescents developing violent behaviors that later go on to commit homicides.

I'm looking specifically for non-fiction. I'm also looking for an audiobook but I'll take any suggestion and try to find the audiobook version if it exists.

I read/listened to Inside the Mind of a Teen Killer by Phil Chalmers. I got halfway in before realizing how biased it is so I'm looking for something unbiased.

Currently listening to Why Kids Kill by Peter Langman and really like it. The recommendation doesn't have to be specifically about school shooters though.

I'm also interested in learning more background on the cases (like what influenced these kids, their upbringing) rather than just the research/data.

Hopefully that's not too specific. I'll take as many recs you have to offer though!

Yesterday was (what would've been) my grandparents 61st anniversary. My grandma gave me her wedding dress before she passed and I never thought I would fit into it as I've been morbidly obese my entire adult life until last year.

That said, I always wanted to incorporate part of it into my wedding dress (I don't have anything chosen or any ideas on what I'd like) however now I can actually fit into it. I don't really have any ideas for what to do with it. I really like vintage clothing/style so I wouldn't mind just adding some things to it to make it a little more modern. Or else I was looking for ideas on how to use some part of this in the wedding dress I eventually choose.

Would love to hear ideas! Thanks in advance!

Hello, I've gotten interested in bodybuilding in the last ~6 months but I don't know a whole lot about female bodybuilding.

I lost over 100 lbs last year and so my concern is the loose skin/fat. I'm still losing weight so surgery isn't an option *yet* ...I'm just wondering about people who have gone through the same thing. Right now I'm just interested in gaining muscle but think I might be interested in competing in the future maybe...

I'm wondering how people have dealt with the loose skin...did you have to get it removed before competing? And my boobs are really deflated and saggy having gone from DD down to a C now :( this is also super embarrassing but my mons has always been fat and I've lost weight of course but I still could never imagine wearing or fit into one of those bikinis and stand a chance next to women who haven't gone through this process or haven't needed surgery or boob jobs.

I'm probably being really ignorant about it cause I don't really know a lot so I was looking for advice 😬

Right now I'm 5'4" and pretty lean at 122 lbs. I'm attaching photos to show where I'm currently at but don't have a recent back or delt/tri photos. I appreciate any advice/feedback. I don't even know how to tell what class id fit into but my glutes are lacking.

For those who are interested: biceps
