Hi everyone I purchased a service of 38000 yesterday as I was supposed to start my treatment but due to my work i need to travel to outside of noida and will not be available.

I request them to refund they are now not picking up the call what legal action I can take I didn't even took any of there services till now?

They are saying we are talking to the seniors and then the receptionist told me that counsellor is on leave today.

First they told me that we don't provide refunds and then when I told more strongly they said they are talking to the senior..
