Some questions from a non witch

So I know almost nothing about witchcraft and have some questions. I'll try to keep it as respectful as possible please don't take offence to my scepticism. You don't have to answer all the questions you can pick just one or two if you want

  1. Who decided on what items and words to use for spells, how did people discover these items and words together could have an effect on the real world?

  2. How do you know a spell worked vs coincidence due to probability?

  3. What are the limitations to witchcraft? I see people talking about how spells aren't as simple as do the spell and immediately get results or can't be extreme like making you an overnight millionaire

  4. What convinced you that witchcraft is real?

Free or low cost mental health services?

I know mental healthcare plans give you up to 10 free or rebated sessions but what are you supposed to do if you can't afford more when you really need them? Is there anywhere I can go or online that is free or low cost? I'm a complex case needing care asap, I'm very concerned for my mental health and I feel like a lot of free or low cost mental health services won't be qualified to help someone like me. Any suggestions or advice is appreciated

I'm not bashing the underpaid workers I'm genuinely confused what takes so long. No matter what time of day or what day I order the time it takes for the food to be prepared and handed to the driver is insane. I order uber eats because I'm chronically ill, sometimes preparing nutritious food for myself isn't possible otherwise I wouldn't use it at all. I know how long it takes to order and receive food inside a restaurant even if it's busy but when I order on the app sometimes it takes 40 minutes to an hour or more just to prepare a regular portion of food for one person. What's going on?

I heard that creatine can help with brain function and possibly help with brain fog, I already have some existing issues on-top of brain fog so idk how helpful it'll be but can't hurt to try. Just wondering if it's worked for anyone?

I have no idea if this is normal or if it's connective tissue disorder related. Under enough pressure or the right conditions (weather, hormonal shifts, body position) I can feel my muscles slipping around on top of each other (I think??) and it's kinda painful. For example if I cross my legs when sitting I can feel it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
Edit: didn't mean muscle groups but individual muscles

I'm going through a really tough time right now and I'm in the middle of getting a mental health and cognitive evaluation I don't feel fit to look for work or meet my job provider, we never talk about much because I'm also in the process of getting DSP for my physical health issues he's on the same page with me on that but we haven't discussed my mental health I've been saying I can look for limited work when I'm absolutely not ready I'm just really embarrassed because I have problems on top of problems that sound like excuses. Can I get a medical certificate for mental health if I don't have a diagnosis? If not what else can I do.

I have a mix of 3A and 3B hair and I've chemically straightened my hair at home before (it grew out and got cut away) I'm wondering if there's a product that can turn my curls into soft waves or if there's a method to use the chemical straightening to make soft waves instead of making my hair pin straight. I'm going to be doing my own hair at home so please don't insist on going to a hairdresser. I'm also wanting to dye my hair and want to know if it's safe to combine both dyed hair and the treatment and which order to do them in. Thank you 🙏

Any shaker pancake mix should work I've tried a few different brands in different microwaves and the result is pretty much the same, they come out fluffy and delicious. You can add whatever you like, fresh or frozen fruit, jam, choc chips, sprinkles ect. The mix will stay good in the fridge for a few days if you can't use it up immediately

I'm having frozen blueberries, honey and "butter" (cholesterol lowering spread) today. It takes about 2min 30sec on high to cook through in my microwave but the time will depend on the amount of mix you're using and your microwave, you'll need to test the amount of time needed to get it right so it's not over or undercooked

Tip: spray your bowl with a neutral oil or use butter otherwise it'll stick like glue

I'm tired of the usual deep breathing, go for a walk, meditation advice since it does absolutely nothing for me. I'm trying to find ways to cope with stress, anxiety, depression ect. that are unconventional but not unhealthy like smoking. What things work for you?
