How strong is Loki Analysis

How strong is Loki Analysis

Loki is one of the strongest characters ever but how strong he actually is and who is the strongest character that he actually beats? I will try to make an analysis taking into consideration his best and worse stats as well as his actual scaling in the series

Let's first start with Loki's AP which to me it's possible his best stat. He is both the first and only character to kill a Holy Knight and the first and only character to damage real Imu. Both of these feats were not achieved by the Old Generation for example since they failed to damage ImuSaturn and they also failed to kill Holy Knight. This logically puts their AP far below Loki's

Then less go with destructive power and Loki is one of the most destructive powers we have seen in OP as Thorheim is basically a lighting nuke with Advanced Conqueror's Haki and the most impressive thing is that it seems to be a casual move for him since he has already used it 3 times so he likely has much more destructive attacks than that. And the only OP character with these level of DC is Whitebeard but even he could only achieve insane destruction with his most powerful attack so I personally would give Loki the best DC we've seen to date

Then let's go with his Durability/Endurance which are both extremely high. To begin with, Loki has been fighting against Imu with injuries which shows he has some of the best endurance in OP since he has endured those attacks despite his injuries. Like just compare, a full healthy Garp was super damaged by an stab from Shiryuu while Loki endured an stab from Imu's sword "Nemesis" would've killed Garp showing a gap in endurance. And his durability is also high especially in Hybrid/Dragon form against Harald Loki basically took no damage from HK Harald and last chapter he took a bomb attack from Imu in a wing and he basically shrugged it off like it was nothing

Then let's go with Loki's Haki which is clearly Emperor level or possible beyond it. To begin with, just when Luffy arrived to Elbaph he was feeling goosebumps from Loki despite Loki being chained up which means even Loki's most basic Haki is strong enough to cause a reaction on Luffy and this Luffy has already felt the Haki of Shanks or Joyboy so Loki impressing him is a sign of him having top tier Conqueror's Haki. This is further confirmed by Loki's feats such as clashing with HK Harald, killing HK Harald which is an ACoC feat and recently we've seen him an AcoC clash with Imu who Gaban confirmed to have far stronger Haki than anytone he knew.

Another of Loki's best stats is his physical strength as he was physically manhandling Harald which got a massive strength amp from Imu but Loki still was far superior physically speaking. In addition, to that Loki is an ancient giant and is able to hold Ragnir which is a weapon no normal giant can even wield. Physically Loki is problaby the stronges OP character to ever exist besides maybe Prime Oars "Continent Puller"

Now let's go with problaby the only weakness in Loki's arsenal which is his speed which due to his size makes him hard to hit fast opponents, we saw Imu take advantage of this to stab Loki mid-attack. However, it must be said that we still haven't seen Hybrid Loki yet and given that Hybrid Forms tends to increase speed Loki might not even have this weakness once we see him in Hybrid Form.

Another thing that we need to talk is that Loki possibly has the strongest weapon in the OP history surpassing any Supreme Weapon or even Black Blade Yoru. The reason for this is that Ragnir broke an AcoC weapon which has never happened and it also has a mythological zoan with Ice powers so Ragnir is pretty much a top tier by itself since it can fight individually too when Loki goes Dragon form.

And talking about Loki's actual scaling he should scale around PK Level in Base/Dragon Form since he is clearly holding his own against Imu and performing just as good if not better than Roger or Whitebeard would be performing but in Hybrid he is problaby perform way better than they would. But when we actually saw Hybrid Loki he completely demolished a PK Level character like HK Harald, someone equal or possibly superior to Domi-Reversed Rocks who is the strongest PK Tier and despite this Loki pretty much destroyed Harald

Another thing that justifies Loki's high scaling is being accepted by Ragnir as his new master, as Imu himself said he has been waiting for a worthy wielder since possibly the First World and Harald himself Ragnir didn't allow anyone to eat the fruit and only with his new strength granted by Imu could Harald possibly get the Nidhogg DF. Loki being accepted by Ragnir puts him narratively above Prime Harald, logically if Base Loki without Ragnir is already equal to Prime Harald and Prime Harald was High Yonko/PK Level then Loki at his absolute peak with Ragnir and Hybrid Nidhogg DF Form would be Pirate King+ Level

So I think that based on Loki's stats and Loki's actual scaling he should be placed at a level above Pirate King+ and only below God Tiers like Joyboy/Imu/Nika/Davy

The best Football Players right now

  1. Mbappe: I know this is unpopular but I truly think he is the best player right now

  2. Harry Kane: Scoring 55 goals in a season is not joke and that's comparable to Messi/CR7 in their best years

  3. Lamine Yamal: Easily the best dribbler in the game right now and a great playmaker but his fnishing needs to improve, once he can become a top tier finisher I think he'll be undisputed number 1

  4. Ousmane Dembele: An overall great player which combines great stats and also a great team player with great off-ball movement and pressing

  5. Olise: Has been fundamental for Bayern and possibly the 2nd best winger in the world right now after Yamal

  6. Kvaratskhelia: Possibly the best right winger in the world right now and he could be way higher but he has been inconsistent this year

  7. Pedri: In my opinion the best midfield in the game right now and the closest thing there is right now to Iniesta/Xavi at their prime

  8. Luis Diaz: In my opinion he is a brillant player with great dribbling and very good goalscoring output this year with over 40 G+A

  9. Vitinha: Problaby the only midfielder right now that comes close to Pedri but not quite equal to him

  10. Vinicius Jr: People clown on him a lot recently but he is definitely an elite winger with great pace and goalscoring output

Theory: Shank's gryphon ate the Devil Fruit Bird Bird Fruit, Model: Hræsvelgr

In the Norse Mythology there are 3 figures who constantly clash in Yggrdrasil which are Ratatoskr, Nidhogg and an unamed eagle. Now, given that Oda has already introduced Ratatoskr and Nidhogg DF then I think it would make sense if the Eagle also had it's own fruit

Now, the Eagle doesn't actually have a name but a lot of people believe is Hræsvelgr because it resembles the Eagle from Yggrasil. And if Hræsvelgr is truly the Eagle from Norse Mythology to Oda then a Hræsvelgr would make total sense to me and Shanks would be the most likely candidate to have due to his connection to Elbaph and Loki

Like, given that Elbaph is based on norse mythology then the Hræsvelgr being connected to Elbaph would make perfect sense and who better than Elbaph's protector Red Haired Shanks to have this fruit? Plus we do know that fruits pick their users and someone just like Ragnir picked Loki Hræsvelgr could've easily picked Shanks

This would also make sense when you consider that Shanks imprisoned Loki and it would work thematiclaly for the Eagle to beat the Nidhogg.

Hot take but regardless of the opposition Barca have been brilliant this season in La Liga

If Barca were to win their 4 remaining games the could end up with 100 points which we have never done but regardless of how many points we made Barca performed in the league at an excellent level, people might say that RM is weak but even if RM was amazing it would take a crazy season from them to be Champions ahead of Barca because they would need to make one of the best league campaigns in their history to beat Barca this season.

Like Barca this season is likely to finish between 94 and 100 points and this would be one of the highest league point tally in history, just to compare the maximium under Enrique was 94 and under Pep it was 96-99 so regardless of opposition what Barca did this season in the league can't be undermined

You could always downplay La Liga if we were to win with 80-85 points because against an strong RM that might not be enough but with 95-100 you are beating RM for the league unless they literally have a legendary League campaign thus Barca has indeed performed at a great level

I think the most major difference between Mbappe with Messi/Ronaldo is that the latter could play in multiple positions or roles depending on what their teams needed

Messi for example started playing as a classic winger and he was great at it, he was just as good as Yamal is right now in that role. Then Messi was switched to a more central role by Pep which Messi also shined and the team gained a lot of fluidity when Messi did this role and Barca trashed teams when Messi did this. Then with Luis Enrique Messi went back to the wing again to accomodate Suarez but here Messi had a role less tied to the wing and being much more involved in the build-up than in early Rikjaard era and he shined in this new role too and Suarez benefitted from this. And in his latest years Messi kinda started doing everything, especially in the 18/19 season where Messi was being the team primary scorer and primary playmaker at the same time

Cristiano was similar, initially he was a wide winger where he was great. Then he was switched to more of an inside-winger where he became a goalscoring monster and in his latest years Cristiano became more of a poacher which he also excelled which shows his versality as he adapted to what his teams needed of him

This is something Mbappe can't do because right now Real Madrid needs Mbappe to play as an striker which he can't do and the worst is he isn't even a typical winger, he just is this player that's neither winger nor striker making it a nightmare for any coach because you have basically to adapt the team to him rather than him adapting to what the team needed him of him to be

That's why teams perform far better without Mbappe than with him because Mbappe limits the tactics of the team since you need to adapt your tactics to him rather than Mbappe adapting to what the team needs. This is the opposite of Ronaldo/Messi who were versatile enough to adapt to what teams needed of them

I think Imu fits all the boxes for an amazing final villain for the OP story, like I'm not saying preferring Blackbeard is bad but I personally would love Imu as the final villain of the OP Manga.

  1. Overwhelming strength, I think this is obvious because Imu has been described to have Haki like never seen before and he has the most versatile DF we have seen to date. And fans might disregard this but I think strength is key for a great final villain because without that there are no stakes

  2. It's not a pure evil villain, based on recent chapter it seems Imu was once friends with Lily, Joyboy and previous Nidhogg user but something along the way changed which made Imu go from a good guy to the evil ruller we know today. This already makes Imu a far better written character than someone like Kaido

  3. Actually has a reason for all that he does as he has said that only via domination can people be truly happy. Now we know he is wrong in this and that Luffy's approach of freedom is the right way but this makes Imu separate himself from your typical villain that does things for the sake of it

  4. He is actually behind the most evil actions in the OP universe as you can't trace everything to him such as the Ohra Incident, God Valley Incident, Racism, Slavery, Genocide of Races and the erradication of an entire civilization and erasing 100 years of history. Like it's clear to me that Imu is the overreaching final villain of OP

  5. He combines the best traits of most OP villains. He is overwhelmingly powerful like Kaido, he has God-Like complex like Enel, he likes to use others to do his bidding like Moria and their powers are even similar to each other, and just like Doflamingo he has the power to control people like Puppets and Imu likely used a similar power to the one Doflamingo used to erase 100 from history.

  6. He is a contrast to Luffy in pretty much everything. Luffy's DF is tied to God/Jesus while Imu's DF is literally the Devil. Luffy is pro-freedom while Imu is pro-domination which is the opposite of freedom. Imu's DF make everything around him become evil while Luffy's DF power brings laughter and hapiness around him. Imu gains allies by offering them power and demanding total obedience while Luffy gains allies by befriending them and creating personal bonds.

  7. Very tied to the Ancient Lore of the OP World. Imu is tied to Nidhogg, Joyboy, NIka, Lily and Davy Jones

Nosjuro always made the most sense as Zoro's final opponent because the final war is supposed to represent the end of the series but the argument was that Nosjuro couldn't be Zoro's final opponent because of Mihawk's title putting him above Nosjuro. ANd in most cases this would be correct but I think Oda has found a way to make it work is via Omen.

In the recent chapter Killingham and Sommers got massively boosted by Imu's omen and are ready to fght Zoro and Sanji, this is important because Imu could do this with all of the Elders and basically make them way stronger than before, this means that Oda could do this to make Nosjuro Zoro's final opponent withot making Mihawk's title untrue because Nosjuro in general be weaker than Mihawk but when boosted by Imu he surpasses that level

So now everything makes sense, Zoro fights Mihawk before the final war to get the WSS title and then he fights a boosted Nosjuro in the final war as his final opponent and beating a boosted Venus should put Venus on the same level as Prime Ryuma.

People are saying that Dragon, Nami or Vivi have this fruit but what about the Man Marked by flames? Only thing we know about him is that every ship surrounding him gets swallowed by giant whirlpooñs and Oda even teased that this was due to some fruit power.

And logically the power should be related to the Water and in the recent chapter Zaza's Nightmare monster is able of flooding the village meaning whoever eats the Rain God DF would gain powers to control water.

This would explain why no one can reach him because of his powers related to water. Like this power would make you impossible to catch on the seas.

u/Comprehensive_Cup497 — 8 days ago

As per spoilers the Rain God was actually a Goddess but who could have such power? Like we arent talking about a normal power here but a power of a God right here.

My theory is that Vivi will eventually get this power, and maybe Lily had that power back in the days which is why Imu is do obssesed with Lily/Vivi and not just because they are good looking. Think about it, Imu have only shown to care about people with Godlike powers such as Luffy who has the Nika Fruit, Blackbeard who inherited Davy Jones' will, Shirahoshi which can control the Sea Kings and Loki who have the Nidhogg DF and he also gas shown to be obssesed about Vivi so it could be because she is the only one who can inherited the Rain Goddess power?

I decided to include characters just with their own power so not Domi Rocks or Holy Knight

  1. Joyboy: His Haki was so strong that it split the heavens by it's own, knocked out all marines while not affecting any ally and also send the Gorosei back home

  2. Imu: His Haki has shown massive range and he also got statements of Luffy/Gaban of having a Haki unlike anything else

  3. Shanks: He is one of the biggest Haki prodigies in history, he no-diffed Kid who tanked attacks from an Emperor, paralyzed an admiral from 100KM away which shows insane Haki potency and control, is the only known Killer of Observation Haki and his Haki was compared to Joyboy's most powerful Haki by the giatns and they couldn't even confirm whose Haki was superior.

  4. Roger: Kaido himself hyped his Haki arguing that he brought the world to heel with just Haki and thus he used him as proof that Haki trascends all else. He also was able to defeat DR Rocks with a Full Mass of Haki alongside Garp which showcases Roger is a true master of Conqueror's Haki since he could use a full Haki mass. In addition to this, he has shown the best Sky split in the series against Whitebeard

  5. Garp: He and Roger were always equally matched in Haki so him and Roger are pretty much equal in terms of Haki. Garp also showed the full Haki mass that Roger also ahs and recently he showed one of the most destructive Haki feats with Galaxy Impact.

  6. Rocks: His Haki was so strong that his Haki with Harald knocked out everyone within 5KM and he also completely destroyed Garling who has regeneration which only Conqueror's Haki can slow down so Rock's Haki must be insane.

  7. Loki: He is the only character in OP to fully kill a Holy Knight which highlights he has massive Conqueror's Haki. In addition to this, Luffy himself after feeling Loki's Haki at the beggining of Elbaph said he felt Goosebumps from that suggesting that Loki has massive Haki. And if this wasn't enough recently Loki was able to hurt Imu even though Imu has superior Haki to DR Rocks which was negatting the Haki of Roger/Garp in God Valley so Loki's Haki is at least stronger than the one that Roger and Garp had in God Valley. And the only reason I don't rank Loki's higher is because I haven't seen much fits of him but this might change after the battle against Imu is finished.

  8. Whitebeard has shown to have very powerful Haki by clashing with insane Haki users like Shanks/Roger. However, the reason I don't rank him higher is because he was considered equal to Roger with his Devil Fruit so his Haki mastery should be much worse than the likes of Roger/Garp/Rocks. Basically, he is at the same position as Loki where their Haki is strong but their refinement hasn't been shown much.

  9. Harald: He had an equal Haki clash with Rocks. Howeveer, the reason I don't rank him higher is because he was was always much physically stronger than Rocks and despite that they were always equal to Rock's Haki should have been stronger to compensate for the lack of strength from Rocks

  10. Kaido: He showed very good usage of Conqueror's Haki, however his actually damage output in my opinion was low which is why I put Kaido so low. Like, we see characters like Law, Yamato or Zoro tanking his AcoC attacks and a rookie AcoC user like Luffy was giving him a lot of trouble.

This is very interesting because Loki isn't coating his weapon in lighting but he has shown to be able to summon lighting from the sky, he has already done 3 times in the manga so it's not a a one time thing but the fact that Loki has the power to summon lighting

So this begs the question, is this real lighting or is this lighting created by the Nidhogg DF and if it's real lighting does the Nidhogg have control over lighting? Or perhaps does Ragnir have the power to command real lighting?

u/Comprehensive_Cup497 — 13 days ago

This always bugged me because we know that Roger and Garp were basically equal in strength and Wb was equal to Roger so by that logic WB would be equal to Garp too no? But if this is true why was WB given the title of strongest man?

So my theory is that Wb kept growing after Roger died while Garp kinda remaine the same since he stopped fighting people on his level while WB problaby clashed with other Emperors like Kaido or Big Mom and simply became even stronger and he problaby defeated them and people just recognized him as the strongest even above Garp.

This would explain why in Marineford Sengoku despite having Garp was wanking WB like crazy claiming he coud destroy everythng and could be the end of the Navy, that makes no sense if he had a guy equal to WB or if he himself was WB level

This would make sense because WB was 50 years old when Roger died so he still had 10 more years at his peak where he could've become a little stronger, now of course he didn't become massively stronger but it's possible he gained a little power that made him surpass Prime Roger.

I think Shank's flashback has the potential to be one of the most packed Flashbacks in the manga considering how much

  1. His time as Roger Pirate, like we need to know why Roger gave him the Strawhat and Roger's final words to Shanks

  2. Shanks being the Child of Fate, why is he called like that and what is his fate?

  3. The formation of his crew

  4. His clash with Blackbeard

  5. His time at Mary Geoise

  6. His rivalry with Mihawk

  7. His time looking for the Nika Fruit and his overall plan for the fruit

  8. His victory over Loki

  9. His overall plan/dream and why he waited 20 years

This to me could easily cover a 15-20 chapter flashback which would make his flashback one of the biggest in OP and would allow Oda to flesh out his character completely. So assuming we do get one this should be one of the biggest OP flashbacks

People were always talking shit about Deco because he wanted Diaz for Barcelona and then Diaz when to Bayern and he has been performing as one of the best LW in the entire world which directly proves that Deco was 100% right about wanting Diaz

Like, just imagine how insane Barca would've been with Diaz in the other side, Barca would be nearly unstoppable with Lamine and Diaz in the wings but for some reason fans thought they knew better.

What's funny is it didn't take a genius to even know that Diaz was the right winger, ever since Copa America 2021 I knew Diaz was a monster LW and thus he was a perfect player for Barca especially for a Hansi Flick system

u/Comprehensive_Cup497 — 15 days ago

I think he could and here is why

In Chapter 1181 we see Loki using Ragnazuchi against Imu which Imu counters with a massive Omen attack which causes both attacks to cancel each other out, basically in that moment of time Loki and Imu used equal amount of power. We literally we this in the next panel where both Loki's lighting, Omen and massive amount of Conqueror's Haki is all over the place.

Just to compare, Imu used a much smaller and tiny flame against Zoro and it pretty much one shotted Zoro so logically since Loki's attack was around equal to Imu's big omen attack then if Loki used that attack on Zoro it would problaby do just as much as Imu's attack did on Zoro or maybe more.

Then there is the fact that Loki was able to damage Imu when he send him flying with Ragnir, considering that Imu is literally a God level character that Zoro is merely a YC+ level character then Loki with that very same attack should be capable of one shotting or maybe even killing Zoro considering how gigantic is the gap between Zoro and Imu.

u/Comprehensive_Cup497 — 16 days ago

It's funny but Loki is what Zoro fans think he is

  1. Equal or stronger to current Luffy, Zoro fans always wanted this for Zoro

  2. Has a relationship with Luffy where Loki isnt portrayed as an underlying but rather a peer

  3. His potential is relative to Luffy's given both have legendary fruits and the previous Nidhogg user rivaled Nika

  4. Actually is strong enohgh to fight Imu in base and he hasnt eben gone Hybrid nor he has awakened. By EoS Loki shouod be relative to Imu while Zoro will struggle with Mihawk/Venus

  5. Actually good backstory, one of the best in OP

  6. Actually a good personality and not simply aura moments
