worried it’ll make matters worse . Any success stories ? my narc always says they will make the cops think I’m the person in wrong and hi dads and attorney and they would believe him

with a 13m old and a dog? no family .. we need to get out sooner than later , his abuse to me is getting worse and worse .. hotline is never available and i can’t leave my dog behind . I’m at a loss . i wjsh he would just leave or something would happen for him to disappear . i feel sick to my stomach i truly have no one. any helpful advice ?

hi my 13 m has had trouble sleeping the week she turned one . she will only nap for 30 mins and then will only nap if she is being held . with overnights she will wake up once or twice and will take forever to go back to sleep and will cry the minute i put her in the crib . any advice ? it’s been going on for about 5-6 weeks

I’m a SAHM to a 13m and we don’t have much family, I’m pushing through each day but how do you get over the hurt of no family or close friends making any efforts to see you or LO? or even ask about them on the phone .. I’ve always been the type to always ask people how they are and i feel like it’s never really reciprocated and it hurts more that i have a daughter . i have 3 sisters and my mom would rather go shopping every weekend with them then ask to see her or meetup somewhere . with the heat in Florida right now makes it even harder to get out to the park unless it’s first thing in morning or sunset .

I’m getting a floor bed for my daughter and i noticed they say to use the infant certified ones or whatever til 2, however they don’t sell a full size one . is a regular firm mattress ok !?

ok so I’ve always wanted to but was always anxious because i toss and turn . how ever , my toddler tirned 13 months and refuses to sleep unless it’s on me or next to me . is it safer to sleep with her now? i ordered a floor bed and wanted to start sleeping with her . im just really worried about the suffocation thing still but i really need some sleep . any tips or advice ??

my toddler recently started spitting all of her food out and only drinks water and milk and I’m worried she’s not eating enough . has anyone else’s toddler gone through this ? shell pick up food over and over and puts it in her mouth but then spits it all out . MIL tried to control me and my daughter and make the rules lol . when she realized i was firm and had boundaries set she got up and left stormed out and caused a scene . thankfully it was a wake up call to my husband of how toxic his mom is . after we had gone home she had texted ME on accident thinking she texted him lmao . i went off and told her im his wife and im mom your grandma lolol . i have decided to fully go no contact. anyone else go no contact and feel SOOOOO GOOD?? like a weight is listed ?

i feel like i was fine up until around 11 months post partum . did anyone else end up taking anti depressants later ? did it help did it make it worse ? i really think i want to get on them but im just worried. i dont want to be numb or have no feelings or me get worse depression wise . thank u in advance
