If they run out of BPI, can we get our $75 back?

Not interested in any of the other pharmacies, I would just want my money back. Given this is a unique situation, I believe that Pom should allow this. I would appreciate an official response from a company rep on this.

If you ordered yesterday, what time did you place the order and what time did you receive the invoice? What is your latest update?

I’ll go first 👉 i ordered yesterday at 3:00 PM and received invoice at 3:00 AM (12 hours later). latest update is “Your order has been received and is currently being processed. Please allow 7–10 days for processing…”

Refill order BPI

Well... here goes. I just placed an early refill order with Pomegranate. BPI was an option so I chose it. I paid the $75 intake charge. I hope all goes well. I did call customer support to ask if I could split the payment between 2 cards. She assured me that I could. I didn't see anywhere to add this note so I just sent an email right after I placed the order. Wish me luck.

Just my luck..

After being told by many people that I could order early about a week ago(currently on month 2 of a 3 month supply), I went ahead and did that about four days ago (BPI), paid the $75, I was then told by Pom that was not possible because I was too early and I had to wait 2 weeks before my supply was out because they can’t guarantee BUD. Okay, so they set an appointment for me in June.

Now here we are hahaha, I’m stuck because I’ve already paid the $75 and they scheduled me an appointment in June. Obviously with this chaos, nobody will reply to me. Not sure what to do, but just laugh. Just my luck.

If I made an appointment yesterday for an asynchronous appointment and refill - can I cancel within 24 hours without having to pay the $75 fee?

Can I cancel an asynchronous appointment for a refill that I made yesterday and NOT be charged the $75 fee? My appointment wont be until next week on the 28th. There is an option to cancel but I want to ensure that I won't have to pay the fee. I did already fill out the questionnaire. Does anyone here know the answer to this?

Not getting a response to my requests through support.

Tirzepatide stopped working after switching from Brello to Pomegranate — dosing help?

Has anyone else switched from Brello → Pomegranate and felt like their meds suddenly stopped working?

I’m mainly trying to figure out the right next dose, so I’d really appreciate input — especially from anyone who’s had to re-titrate or switch formulations.

Context:
I had to switch from Brello because they randomly stopped serving Michigan. I actually really liked them — great customer service and a super clean UI.

Pomegranate has been… not great so far. The UI is clunky, support has been pretty unhelpful, and when I asked my provider about dosing, I basically just got: “you can take up to 7mg”… which wasn’t helpful at all given my history.

Important difference in meds:

  • Brello: tirzepatide/B6 from Southend Pharmacy (22mg/1ml tirz + 4mg/1ml B6)
  • Pomegranate: tirzepatide/B6 from BPI Labs (10mg/1ml tirz + 10mg/1ml B6)

Same “mg dose” but it feels way less effective.

My full titration history:
2.20
2.20
2.64
3.30
4.18
4.40
5.06
5.94 → severe vomiting/nausea here
(took 1 week off)
3.30
3.96
4.40
4.62
4.40
4.84
4.84

Then switched to Pomegranate:
4.84 → felt nothing
5.1 → felt nothing

Before the switch, I had solid appetite suppression and was losing weight at ~4.8mg. Now I feel zero effects and have actually gained weight.

Also worth noting: I haven’t had any nausea recently, which makes me feel like I can increase — I just don’t want to overshoot and end up back where I was at 5.94mg.

My main question (dose-related):

What would you do next in my situation?

  • Jump to ~5.5mg?
  • Go to 6mg?
  • Stay at 5.1mg longer?

Secondary question (longer-term / pharmacies):

I also just got a notification that Pomegranate is no longer offering BPI Labs. I still have about 2.5 months of BPI meds left, but now I’m trying to think ahead.

  • What pharmacies are people having the best results with right now?
  • Has anyone switched away from Pomegranate and had a better experience elsewhere?
  • Is it worth sticking it out or jumping ship?

Would really appreciate any insight — especially from people who’ve had to adjust after switching providers or formulations 🙏

Which 503A would you select now that BPI isn't an option?

Like the title says, I was getting Triz/b6 and now my state options are:

Red Rock- Tirz+ Glycine

Red Rock- Tirz+ B12

OptioRx- Tirz+ Niacinamide(B3)

What have you used and would recommend? And I am new to this, what is the likelihood that 503A pharmacies will be targeted?

Thanks friends 🧡

Update on BPI Labs - FDA Production Stop Confirmed

We wanted to share a transparent update with our community: we have confirmed that the FDA has directed BPI Labs to halt production.
The good news - we currently have sufficient inventory on hand to accommodate demand, including any surges. That said, once this supply is gone, it’s gone, so we do recommend placing your order sooner rather than later if you’ve been on the fence.
We’ll continue to keep you updated as things develop. Feel free to drop any questions below.

First time buying Pom and why 14.5mg weekly only?

Hello. I ordered BPI from join pomegranate last night. I want BPI while I can get some. My first time using Pom, but have been in Tirz for a year.

I called today. The person on the phone was great and explained the next steps. She said if I am approved, the highest dose Pom provides is 14.5mg weekly. I ordered 15mg weekly for 3 months.

So I would only receive 14.5mg weekly for 3 months since I ordered a 3 monthly supply, correct?

Why does Pom only do 14.5mg weekly?

How much actual product should I expect to get in my 3 month shipment of BPI plus B6?

Thank you.

Empower

What’s up with only being able to get a one month supply at a time? When did that change? They used to offer 3 months and 6 months as well

Waiting for my BPI invoice. Gather round

Can everyone who's waiting on an invoice from BPI gather here?! Im curious when we will get our invoice and if they miraculously allow us to titrate up, especially those of us who chose the 6/9 month option! When you get your invoice, let us know! Curious what all it will say dosage wise.

Question about message

Does this mean the order has been sent to the pharmacy?

Thank you.

"Your order has been received and is currently being processed. Please allow 7–10 days for processing as we work through a high volume of orders - we appreciate your patience. Once your order is placed with our partner pharmacy, tracking details will be available in the portal. Most orders ship via 2-day delivery."

BPI 3 mo starter delivered 4/22

This is my timeline & what I learned for my first 3 month starter from Pom/BPI/The Pharmacy Hub:

4/13 morning (Monday): Intake form, pay $75, selected asynch appointment. Uploaded labs and current Rx.

4/14 morning: Received email to set up Charm account portal online

4/16 afternoon: Received email notice that the visit summary was available. Paid the invoice online.

4/17: Received email that Rx sent to pharmacy.

4/19: Shipping label created - I saw this in my UPS app

4/20: Shipment with UPS

4/21: Package started moving through the UPS system

4/22 (Wednesday): Package delivered at my house

A few notes: I signed up for the UPS app before I submitted the order. I think that you need to have an account before the label is created in order to see tracking. It's free to sign up. Another package I ordered from a different business didn't show up, even though I had the app (because I didn't sign up for the app until after that package started moving).

Also, I still haven't received an email about my shipping from Pom, and it's not in the Charm portal. Neither is my invoice. All I see there is my visit summary. I've read a lot online so I expected this.

The UPS app showed that the delivery would need a signature, but it was delivered without anyone needing to sign for it.

Also, this order is a starter package. I was prescribed 1 month at 4.5mg and 2 months at 7mg. I've been on 2.5mg for about 4 months now.

This was delivered the day BPI went out, so I'd assume that with the BPI frenzy, things may take a little longer.

Refill questions

Hi all. This will be my first time ordering a refill. Do I need to specify that I want enough to titrate up or will they automatically send enough to titrate if I indicate my current dose is at 7mg? I’m submitting it through the Pom website “get started,” is this correct? Or is there another way to request refills. TIA :)

Paid 75 for appointment and can’t get an appointment

Does this have to do with the halt in production? I can’t reach anyone and keep leaving messages. Pomegranate just charged me 75.00 - for nothing?

Site refreshed after signing consent forms during refill request

The website kicked me back to the beginning after I signed the consent forms. I’ve already tried reaching out by messaging/calling/email but I know they’re busy so obviously I haven’t heard anything yet. I just feel a little anxious because I got charged the $75 and I just want to make sure the request went through. Has this happened to anyone else?

Email for signup

Signed up last night for 6 months as a new customer but I have a prescription for 15mg. I haven’t gotten a signup email but I did get a confirmation for the $75 fee. Does anyone know the email the login info comes from?

Timetable…

I’m switching over to Hallandale from Mounjaro. I live in a state that requires no telehealth visit…would that mean the turnaround time would be quicker? Or would I still have to wait 7-10 days for approval?

Other Pharmacy Suggestions with the BPI News?

So I have seen posts on here about pharmacy suggestions, but if you have tried another pharmacy from pomegranate, which ones have you liked and are as effective as BPI Labs? I have heard some people say online that effectiveness can be different even though they are the same medication. Also, bonus if it is still cost effective, I had originally chose BPI Labs because of the cost but it has been very effective for me as well and had just got my next 3 months in.

BPI order help needed

I have been a Pom client since 2025. When the news came out that BPI was stopping production, I ordered a 6-month supply (at least I thought I did). I went through the joinpomegranate website as an existing client, and paid the $75 fee for an asynchronous visit and got an email receipt for it. I then got a "welcome" email (to my email address) with my husband's name and what to expect. He is not a client. I'm not sure where the disconnect happened, but how can I make sure the $75 will credit to my account/order? Nothing is showing up in the Charm portal.
