For refills, you may request an asynchronous refill through the website (joinpomegranate.com) by selecting “Existing Patient.” You can also use the Charm Patient Portal and choose the visit type: Asynchronous (no phone call) or Refill Check-In (with phone call). You may also call us at 813-419-1189 for prompt assistance with scheduling.

Update on BPI Labs - FDA Production Stop Confirmed

We wanted to share a transparent update with our community: we have confirmed that the FDA has directed BPI Labs to halt production.
The good news - we currently have sufficient inventory on hand to accommodate demand, including any surges. That said, once this supply is gone, it’s gone, so we do recommend placing your order sooner rather than later if you’ve been on the fence.
