I tried exactly at 10:00 am and it kept showing a high load till 10:08 am. After that the payment went through and the tickets were already gone.

I tried from Irctc, Railone and even on my iPad but nothing worked.

I specifically booked a window seat and THIS IS WHAT I GET

I'm sure I'm not the only one who can relate to this..

I travelled in Durg - Nizamuddin humsafar a while ago in March and there were only 2 humsafar coaches in the whole train rest other were just classic red rajdhani liveries.

Even the mumbai-howrah duronto has barely 1-2 duronto livery

I genuinely want to know..

What's the purpose of the Humsafar express ?

And why is the price so high than any normal express or superfast express train ?

- I mean it doesn't even provide that premium or luxury service like Rajdhani.

- It's not even a high/better priority based train.

- Takes more time , long routes , more stoppage like a normal express train,sometimes even more than a normal express train.

- It doesn't even retain that particular Humsafar livery coach.

- It provides less services than a normal express train.

- Even if Sampark kranti's has more fare, still it can be justified.

If anyone knows the reason or if I am missing something.. please let me know..

Three coaches of the 14317 Ujjaini Express derailed near Rishikesh. The incident occurred during a shunting movement. The train was empty and no injuries were reported. Rescue and restoration operations were launched immediately. Cranes and heavy machinery were deployed to clear the damaged coaches. Investigations are underway to determine the exact cause of the derailment.According to Moradabad Division Northern Railway, the train was completely empty at the time of the incident and no casualties or injuries were reported.

Following the derailment, rescue and restoration operations were launched immediately by the railway administration and continued through the night into the morning
