Light it up

We added wired lighting this season. I think it is marketed as “eave lighting” but it is pretty adaptable to poolscape or fence line when installing. It’s just a string of led pucks. This is a string of 30. LiFX brand.

We love our Dolphin - 9’ deep, concrete, curvy pool

The pool was opened three days ago and shocked yesterday. The robot is worth every penny thanks to the time and effort it saves (more time for gardening!).

Do I need the pavers under the stove on a wood deck?

I have been using them for the past five years. Is anyone using their stove with no barrier in between stove and deck?

Opening day is always exciting

The filter will run 24x7 for the next three days, backwash as needed, the Maytronics robot will do extra vacuuming work, I already brushed the sides and bottom so it’s off to a fine start. 25,000 gal gunite pool built in the 80’s.

Blueberry bushes - should I bother adding additional peat moss and sand to raise them up? It’s been nine years. I think better pruning is needed more than anything else.
