Hello, hope this crew can help.

My shipment (origin Croatia, destination USA) is in Cincinatti and showing the message “Clearance is pending while waiting for the arrival of all piece(s) of a multi-piece shipment…Clearance will resume once all pieces are consolidated. A DHL representative shall attempt to contact the importer or shipper if required.”

However, I believe it is only a single package, and the tracking information for the waybill only lists one piece. I plan to contact the shipper but wondering if there is anything I can do on my end? I desperately need the documents being shipped for an upcoming appointment. Thanks in advance!

I ordered products from a German website worth €270, unbeknownst to me that they will ship the package from the UK to Germany. Because of this, the package was then delivered to a DHL paketshop and when I tried to receive the order I was subjected to unexpected tax and fees. This was completely unexpected as nowhere in the shop was it indicated clearly beforehand that they will be shipping the package from UK. So I refused to receive the package as I did not want to pay for the taxes and fees. The package was then processed by the paketshop as “refused to accept the shipment” and was being returned to the sender.

The problem is since March 21st, there was no tracking updates from the shipment and is stuck on “The shipment arrived in the region of recipient and will be transported to the delivery base in the next step.” It’s been a couple of weeks now and it’s probably lost.

I contacted the website the same day I refused the shipment and explained that the import tax and fees were unexpected to me and the products are being returned. They replied that they will process a refund after they received the products. Also emailing them periodically about updates and most recently have asked them to start an investigation with DHL regarding the order but no response yet. I’ve initiated an investigation with DHL, but I am very worried because it appears the company shipped the package as a “Päkchen” which appears to have no liability. I did not know about this and had no control over it because I never took possession of the package.

Can anyone advise on this situation? What are my rights here?

I ordered trading cards, trading card sleeves, and tabletop gaming playmats from Japan using a proxy service. I should have requested the proxy service to let me handle the HTS codes because the shipper incorrectly labeled the tabletop gaming playmats made of rubber with an HTS code for textiles containing cotton.

My DHL shipment is now held at US customs, who are requesting additional documentation related to textiles such as PPQ Form 550 for Lacey Act declaration. I'm struggling to fill out forms asking about type of wood that don't apply to me.

How do I fix this disaster?

bought an expensive item on eBay.de and had it shipped to my Mailboxde address in Germany.

DHL tracking shows the package was delivered at 06:01 and signed by “Mailboxde.com Ond*** Kr***.”

However, Mailboxde claims they never received the package.

Now I’m stuck:

• ⁠Seller refuses refund because tracking shows delivered

• ⁠Seller stopped responding

• ⁠Mailboxde says they will open a DHL investigation

• ⁠eBay will likely see this as “delivered,” which is risky for an INR dispute case (item not recieved)

What worries me most is that someone signed for it, but Mailboxde still says they don’t have it. So either:

• ⁠it was misdelivered

• ⁠or signed incorrectly / fraudulently

Mailboxde mentioned compensation might go through the seller (since they are the DHL customer), but nothing is guaranteed. They said he should contact the police / open claim

I have:

• ⁠eBay transaction proof

• ⁠correct address (with my Mailboxde ID)

• ⁠communication with both seller and Mailboxde

• ⁠Writen confirmation from mailboxde that they did not recieve this item

Another thing is, on sellers label, adress is not exact as it is on my ebay. For some reason DHL truncates it and instead puts just half of the adress. I tried reaching out to DHL as well, but no response. Only sender can open claim there.

Questions:

• ⁠Has anyone won an “item not received” case when tracking shows delivered (especially with forwarding services like Mailboxde)?

• ⁠Is Mailboxde responsible if they are listed as the recipient but deny receiving it?

• ⁠Should I escalate immediately to eBay, or wait for DHL investigation?

This is a lot of money for me, so I’m trying to avoid losing it due to a technicality.

I got a letter in the mail claiming I owe DHL $31. I get scam texts from them all the time asking for money for my non existing package to deliver.. so this letter made me wonder if it’s a scam. The only package that I recently ordered, I had already received a week ago. I paid for shipping fees and everything, I’ve genuinely no clue with what this is. The phone number is no help either. This seems like a stupid question but I really am confused.
