Delayed for two days and now it doesn't even get updated anymore

Parcel successfully cleared customs on Wednesday, tracking stated that it would be transported to the final center and delivered on Thursday.
It didn't get delivered. Didn't move at all, actually.
Delivery date was moved to Friday (today), parcel didn't move at all again. It's 10 p.m. right now and the estimated delivery is still stated as today, which obviously isn't going to happen, but it hasn't been changed again, either.
What's going on?
