Shipment on hold over a week
My package wveryday gets scanned and then goes on hold.Icontacted the seller who told me they have contacted dhl however they've said dhl are taking long to give a reason for the hold. I have spoken to many chatbots and they said only the seller can resolve it.One of them said the package failed security and i can't get it delivered no matter what. What are my options .It's from Manchester to London and the package is meant to be a gaming pc
