Does anyone else think Will’s actor is…lacking?
This storyline with Megan is so important to tell, don’t get me wrong. But he seems to have two different facial expressions and speaks in a monotone. I dunno. Maybe it’s just me. There seemed a lack of emotion throughout his whole relationship with Megan, both him spending time with her being “happy” and being found out/ dealing with the aftermath. Tim coming into it has made it way more watchable, but it kind of showed up how meh the acting is from Will.
Tim ♥️
Tim is such a great example of a developed character. He came in as Faye’s absent dad and the writers developed him so well.
He can do comedy and drama, the perfect corrie character.
Plus I adore his friendships and relationship with Sally.
It’s reminded me again of the importance of developing characters so well care about them
Theo
I’m sure I’m really late to the party on this one, but I’m just minding my own business passively watching old Tracy Beaker episodes on YT while gaming… then I hear HIS voice. Immediately triggered. Fight or flight activated.
But seriously though I'm pretty impressed I recognised him! I had no idea!
Are we meant to feel Sympathy for Will?
I understand that they might want to create a storyline about how a young boy can be groomed, abused and manipulated…
And how it can be a woman who would do it, not just a man…
But he is such an Obnoxious little shit!
Had me gritting my teeth the whole episode! How dare he damage Sam’s Telescope! That shit coats a bomb!!💣
Secondly I don’t care he stole the money from the safe, but if he’s stupid enough to give it to Megan…
Then I highly doubt he’s ever going to see her again she’s laughing away with his money!
Good for her I say… break his heart! I can’t stand him!!!
Kevin Webster - Is Michael Le Vell well?
I do worry about that actor. As he has been on that show longer than I have been alive, it feels a bit odd seeing him look so visibly... different. I always thought our Kev was rather handsome in the 90's and 00s, especially.
I did a quick search and the accusations, the alcohol addiction and drug users may have caused damage.
Sometimes a bit shaky, slurring his words, his darkened skin colour, the beard, the dress sense and the under eye bags.
He is usually seen around Hale in his favourite pub. Admittedly, he looked much better recently!
Absolutely no hate towards the actor, always enjoyed his performance as Kevin. Happy he is still in the show.
Excellent sarcasm from the social media team
Another great heart to heart.
The scenes with Tim and Will were so good and hot on the heels of the great scenes with Todd and Danielle. Again there was nothing flashy or dramatic just well written and well preformed scenes of people baring parts of themselves.
We need more of this instead of all of the over the top madness.
I'm never going to be able to hear that word the same again.
Why haven't the detectives considered connecting the two dots
They have two serious incidents happening on the same night. Theo's murder, and the attack on Sarah/disappearance of Jodie (I actually can't remember if shes reammerged to David and Shona, pretty sure she has)
Realistically, two things like that on the same street at same time, would be being considered as potentially connected by Kit and Lisa, but they haven't even considered it.
Trust me I have tried to enjoy her character for a long time now . Alas , especially after how she was with George ,I cannot . I find her robotic and lacking empathy. ITV had DCI Vera Stanhope, now we have this lady who always comes across as stuck up, mean and boring at the same time.
Harper missing?
Where is Baby Harper? They don’t even mention her anymore and Shona is never at the hospital. Is she ever coming home? They said weeks ago that the surgery was a success. Have the writers forgotten about her? Is she wherever Baby Frankie is?
Adam
I'm starting to think Adam is the Only Solicitor in Manchester, he must be loaded
Are we supposed to feel sympathy for Daniel?
So he’s clearly depressed and on the brink of alcoholism, and today plus last few episodes show him in a sad light.
But he’s become one of the most self-righteous, yet consistently wrong people on the street. He makes awful decisions, cheats, is in the most toxic relationships and puts his nose in wherever it’s not wanted. Is he supposed to be likeable at this stage?
Murder Theory
Does anyone think it’s possible that >!Sam!< killed >!Theo?!< there was that random scene in the episode where the body was found of him sat on the floor crying, and then in today’s episode he had a fight with a hallucination.
