I've been waiting for day 2 of my period to start taking estradiol for IVF. I got my period at 10pm last night (full red flow with cramps) after a day of very very light painless bleeding. What counts as day 1? All the websites I've read seem to have opposing advice and I'm starting to stress a little. Is today day 1 or 2?
My clinic is closed as it's Sunday so I can't contact them, they have no out of hours service.
